兩位置法快速測定近鉆頭慣性測量模塊的溫漂模型

【摘要】:近鉆頭慣性測量模塊(Near-bit Inertial Measurement,NIM)用于石油鉆井中實時測量導(dǎo)向外套的姿態(tài)角,是導(dǎo)向鉆進閉環(huán)控制中的重要組成部分。它采用三軸加速度計組合測量重力加速度實現(xiàn)姿態(tài)角測量。為了提高加速度計在工作溫度范圍內(nèi)的測量精度,需對其進行溫漂模型標(biāo)定。針對三軸加速度計組合的傳統(tǒng)12位置翻滾溫度模型測定方法存在耗時長、操作效率低的局限性,提出一種新的加速度計三軸組合溫度模型標(biāo)定方法——兩位置法,并通過實驗驗證了溫度補償?shù)男ЧT?0℃~150℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),補償后加速度的測量精度達5×10~(-4)g,完全滿足NIM測量姿態(tài)角的要求。
[Abstract]:The near bit inertial measurement module (Near-bit Inertial Measurement) is used to measure the attitude angle of the guide jacket in oil drilling in real time, which is an important part of the closed-loop control of guided drilling. It uses three-axis accelerometer combination to measure gravity acceleration to realize attitude angle measurement. In order to improve the measuring accuracy of accelerometer in working temperature range, it is necessary to calibrate its temperature drift model. In view of the limitation of the traditional 12-position rolling temperature model measurement method of three-axis accelerometer combination, a new calibration method of three-axis combined temperature model of accelerometer, two-position method, is proposed, which has the advantages of long time consuming and low operating efficiency.
