文章摘要：湖南省制定了新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和發(fā)展目標(biāo)，要實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)劃和完成目標(biāo)，需要對(duì)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。從三個(gè)方面探索湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的途徑：①分析了新能源生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式：對(duì)于生產(chǎn)新能源汽車的企業(yè)，采用“產(chǎn)品租賃”的商業(yè)模式；對(duì)于生產(chǎn)新能源裝備的企業(yè)，采用“融資租賃”的商業(yè)模式。②對(duì)于太陽能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)，，采用“科技支撐＋政策支持（保護(hù)電價(jià)）＋政府采購”的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。③對(duì)于能源節(jié)約服務(wù)型企業(yè)，采用EMC商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。針對(duì)湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的途徑，提出了有關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。

Abstr：Hunan province has made the development plan and aims for the new energy industry. Therefore if the plan and targets are to be realized, we need to make innovation on the business model of new energy industry. This paper presents the ways of exploring new energy industry business model from 3 aspects. The first, this paper analyzes the business model of new energy equipment industry.The paper proposes a ＇product leasing＇ business model for those enterprises manufacturing new energy automobiles. For those enterprises manufacturing new energy equipment, ＇financing leasing＇ business model is suggested. The second, for the solar power industry, the model of ＇technology support ＋ government support（protective electricity price）＋govemment procurement＇ is suggested. The third, for those energy conservation service oriented industry, the EMC business model innovation is suggested. Finally, this paper provides relevant countermeasures and suggestions in regards to the ways of new energy industry business model innovation in Hunan province.
