復(fù)雜礦區(qū)三維地質(zhì)可視化及數(shù)值模型構(gòu)建

摘 要:復(fù)雜三維地質(zhì)可視化和數(shù)值模型的構(gòu)建是采礦、巖土及水利水電工程中常常遇到的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。針對(duì)數(shù)值模擬軟件在復(fù)雜礦區(qū)地質(zhì)體模型構(gòu)建及單元網(wǎng)格劃分等前處理問(wèn)題上存在的不直觀、工作量大等缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合礦業(yè)軟件在復(fù)雜三維地質(zhì)體建模的強(qiáng)大優(yōu)勢(shì),在研究線框模型和塊體模型差異的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于線框模型的復(fù)雜礦區(qū)三維地質(zhì)可視化及數(shù)值模型構(gòu)建技術(shù)。根據(jù)線框模型特點(diǎn)不同,以地表和采空區(qū)模型為型,,分別闡述了基于Surpac的表面模型和實(shí)體模型無(wú)縫轉(zhuǎn)換成MIDAS/GTS數(shù)值模型的有效方法,并將該技術(shù)成功應(yīng)用于冬瓜山銅礦復(fù)雜采空區(qū)群圍巖穩(wěn)定性研究中。結(jié)果表明,該方法是可行、有效的,從而為礦山開(kāi)采設(shè)計(jì)、安全分析及復(fù)雜地質(zhì)體結(jié)構(gòu)的巖土工程數(shù)值模擬分析提供了一種新的建模方法。 關(guān) 鍵 詞:地質(zhì)可視化;三維地質(zhì)模型;數(shù)值模型;Surpac;MIDAS/GTS 中圖分類號(hào):P 642 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A
Numerical modeling and geological body visualization for complex mine

Abstract: The construction of the 3D visualization model and the numerical model of complex geological body is critical in mine, geotechnical, hydraulic and hydropower projects. Aiming at the disadvantages of modeling complex geological body of mine by numerical simulation software, such as the modeling process complex and difficult and mesh generation has great workload, Combined with the advantages of modeling complex geologic body of mine use mine software, on the base of studying the differences between wireframe model and block model, a kind of new method of numerical modeling and geologic body visualization based on complex mine is proposed based on wireframe model. According to the different characteristics of wireframe, taking surface and cavity model as examples, an effective method of converting Surpac surface model and solid model into MIDAS/GTS numerical model exactly is researched; this method has been used to research the cavity stability analysis of Dongguashan Copper Mine successfully. The results show that the new modeling method is feasible and effective, so as to offer a new modeling method for mine design, safety analysis and complex geological body rock soil engineering numerical simulation, etc. Key words: geological body visualization; 3D geological model; numerical model; Surpac; MIDAS/GTS
1 引 言
有限元、有限差分等數(shù)值模擬方法在巖土工程、地質(zhì)工程領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,已成為不可缺少的分析工具[17]。然而,由于缺乏模擬復(fù)雜地質(zhì)體實(shí)際的工具,用戶在建立復(fù)雜地質(zhì)體模型時(shí)往往需要進(jìn)

國(guó)外已經(jīng)涌現(xiàn)出一批優(yōu)秀的三維建模及可視化軟件,并已應(yīng)用在采礦、巖土、石油等領(lǐng)域。常見(jiàn)的軟件有Surpac、Datamine、GoCAD、GemCom、Earth Vision、Micromine等。國(guó)內(nèi)從20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),在采礦工程中的三維地質(zhì)可視化技術(shù)也取得了較大發(fā)展,常見(jiàn)的三維地質(zhì)建模軟件有:北京理正研究院的三維地質(zhì)建模軟件、北京東澳達(dá)科技有限公司的3Dmine。中南大學(xué)王李管等在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外三維地質(zhì)建模軟件優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和調(diào)查國(guó)內(nèi)礦山需求的
行大量的簡(jiǎn)化,因此,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)計(jì)算模型與地質(zhì)體實(shí)際嚴(yán)重不符,從而在很大程度上降低了計(jì)算結(jié)果的可靠性。
