自控變頻“同步電動機”系統(tǒng)實為廣義直流電動機

【摘要】:引進磁極位置檢測元件的同步電動機其實是被解體的直流電動機中的電機本體,而磁極位置檢測元件則是電刷及其刷座的衍生產(chǎn)物。在他控式變頻器-同步電動機系統(tǒng)中介入磁極位置檢測元件即呈直流電動機運行性能,說明電動機的運行機制已發(fā)生改變,自控變頻的"同步電動機"系統(tǒng)其實是廣義的直流電動機。按此認識,新型電動機系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn)不會沖擊傳統(tǒng)的同步電機理論,關鍵是需更新對直流電動機的認識。從電流相位自控、電樞磁動勢分析、電機本體的數(shù)學模型及電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方式等幾方面闡明了由靜止變頻器與電機本體組成的廣義直流電動機的基本作用原理。
[Abstract]:The synchronous motor which introduces the magnetic pole position detection element is actually the motor body of the DC motor which has been disintegrated, while the magnetic pole position detection element is the derivative product of the brush and its brushing seat. The performance of DC motor in detecting the magnetic pole position in the control inverter synchronous motor system shows that the operating mechanism of the motor has been changed. The synchronous motor system with automatic control frequency conversion is in fact a generalized DC motor. According to this understanding, the emergence of new motor system will not impact the traditional synchronous motor theory, the key is to update the understanding of DC motor. The basic principle of generalized DC motor composed of static inverter and motor body is expounded from aspects of current phase automatic control, armature magnetodynamic force analysis, mathematical model of motor body and electromagnetic torque control mode.
