【摘要】：支柱絕緣子在變電設(shè)備中起著電氣絕緣和機(jī)械支撐的重要作用,運(yùn)行中需要滿足電氣絕緣性能和機(jī)械性能兩方面的要求。支柱絕緣子的安全可靠與否對(duì)電網(wǎng)安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。由于支柱絕緣子的質(zhì)量、運(yùn)行、檢修、檢測(cè)手段及水平的差異,常常發(fā)現(xiàn)不了設(shè)備的缺陷和隱患,從而導(dǎo)致支柱絕緣子損壞而發(fā)生斷裂。高壓支柱絕緣子的斷裂往往容易造成設(shè)備的損壞甚至人身傷害事故,嚴(yán)重影響電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。本文主要通過(guò)開(kāi)展釉面電蝕試驗(yàn)、冷熱溫度循環(huán)試驗(yàn)、機(jī)械破壞負(fù)荷試驗(yàn)、孔隙性試驗(yàn)、微觀分析試驗(yàn)等大量試驗(yàn)研究工作,對(duì)導(dǎo)致支柱絕緣子機(jī)械性能下降的內(nèi)、外部因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)剖析,分析支柱絕緣子斷裂機(jī)理,繼而提出影響電瓷絕緣子機(jī)械性能的主要因素,為指導(dǎo)支柱絕緣子生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Pillar insulators play an important role in electrical insulation and mechanical support in substation equipment. It is necessary to meet the requirements of both electrical insulation and mechanical properties in operation. The safety and reliability of pillar insulator is very important to the security, economy and stability of power grid. Because of the difference of the quality, operation, maintenance, inspection and level of the pillar insulator, the defects and hidden trouble of the equipment can not be found, which leads to the breakage of the pillar insulator. The breakage of high-voltage support insulators often results in equipment damage and even personal injury accident, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of power grid. In this paper, a large number of experiments are carried out, such as glaze electric corrosion test, cold and hot temperature cycle test, mechanical failure load test, porosity test, microanalysis test, and so on, which can lead to the deterioration of the mechanical properties of the pillar insulators. The external factors are analyzed in detail and the fracture mechanism of the pillar insulators is analyzed. Then the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the electric porcelain insulators are put forward to provide guidance for guiding the production operation and maintenance of the pillar insulators.
