直流偏磁對計量用電流互感器的性能影響分析

【摘要】:通過電流互感器(current transformer,CT)的T型等效模型推導(dǎo)出了計量用CT的誤差與鐵芯磁導(dǎo)率之間的關(guān)系,并通過鐵磁性能實驗得到了在直流偏磁下電感與鐵芯磁導(dǎo)率之間的變化規(guī)律。設(shè)計交直流混合實驗方法模擬真實的直流偏磁現(xiàn)象,通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析直流偏磁對計量用CT誤差的影響。結(jié)果表明,直流偏磁沒有改變鐵芯飽和特性,隨著直流偏置量的增加,比差整體往負方向偏移,角差整體往正方向偏移,CT二次側(cè)的諧波分量增加,偶數(shù)次諧波分量的增加尤為明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the T-type equivalent model of current transformer (current transformer,CT), the relationship between the error of metrological CT and the permeability of iron core is derived, and the variation law between inductance and permeability of core under DC bias magnetic field is obtained by ferromagnetic energy experiment. A hybrid AC / DC experiment method was designed to simulate the real DC bias phenomenon. The effect of DC bias on the CT error was analyzed through the experimental data. The results show that DC bias does not change the saturation characteristics of the core. With the increase of DC bias, the ratio shifts to the negative direction, the angular difference moves to the positive direction, and the harmonic component of the second side of the CT increases. The increase of even harmonic components is especially obvious.
