LED照明驅(qū)動(dòng)電源研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The work of this paper is to design, simulate and debug a dimming LED lighting driver. This paper first introduces the knowledge background of LED lighting, and then introduces five kinds of DC conversion circuits commonly used in driving power supply. In this paper, thyristor dimming is studied and four dimming compatible schemes are analyzed. The engineering methods of power factor correction and electromagnetic compatibility are also studied in this paper. According to the design requirements, the flyback converter and single-stage PFC are selected as the topology of the driving power supply, which works in the current intermittent mode and adopts the peak current control mode. In this paper, the power factor correction function and flyback transformer are designed based on AP1682,. In order to improve reliability, the RCD clamp circuit is added to the transformer. EMI filter circuit, output filter circuit, linear compensation circuit and no-load protection circuit are also designed. Finally, the damping circuit, discharge circuit and depth dimming circuit are designed for dimming compatibility. Based on Saber, the single-stage PFC flyback converter is simulated, the power factor correction function is analyzed, the working condition of transformer, switch tube and auxiliary side power diode is analyzed, and the working effect of EMI filter circuit is analyzed. Based on LTspice IV, the output voltage waveform of thyristor is simulated under different charge resistance. In this paper, the function of power factor correction, the linear adjustment rate of output current and load adjustment rate, the working condition of power device and the effect of EMC are analyzed. After the dimmer is connected, the dimming curve is tested and the effect of depth dimming is verified.
