混雜系統(tǒng)理論及其在三相逆變電路開路故障診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)基于事件辨識(shí)的故障診斷方法難以用于離散事件較多的電力電子電路這一問(wèn)題,文章建立了電力電子電路的混合邏輯動(dòng)態(tài)模型,將電路運(yùn)行抽象為離散事件的變遷,并根據(jù)電路的故障模式確定電路的故障事件集和故障模型。文章應(yīng)用了故障事件識(shí)別向量的概念,基于電路的故障模型僅通過(guò)對(duì)電路故障事件的辨識(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)故障診斷,具有實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單、通用性好、診斷效果可靠的優(yōu)點(diǎn),以逆變電路故障診斷的仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the fault diagnosis method based on event identification is difficult to be used in power electronic circuits with more discrete events, a hybrid logic dynamic model of power electronic circuits is established in this paper, which abstracts the circuit operation into the transition of discrete events. The fault event set and fault model of the circuit are determined according to the fault mode of the circuit. The concept of fault event recognition vector is applied in this paper. The fault model based on circuit realizes fault diagnosis only by identifying circuit fault events. It has the advantages of simple realization, good generality and reliable diagnosis effect. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation and experiment of inverter circuit fault diagnosis.
