不同螯合劑對(duì)鎳鐵催化層的結(jié)構(gòu)與抗積碳性能的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)熱分解法制備Ni0.75Fe0.25催化層,研究了不同螯合劑(檸檬酸,乙醇酸和D-葡萄糖酸)對(duì)催化層的結(jié)構(gòu)及抗積碳性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:熱分解法制得的晶相為Fe Ni3相,其結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸均與螯合劑有關(guān)。氧-程序升溫氧化和拉曼光譜分析表明含D-葡萄糖酸的催化層具有最佳的抗積碳能力。采用D-葡萄糖酸改性催化層制作的單電池在650℃的甲烷燃料中最大功率達(dá)289 m W·cm-2。另外,該電池在甲烷燃料中以600 m A·cm-2的電流密度下運(yùn)行9 h后電壓仍保持初始電壓的61%,而未改性的單電池電壓相同運(yùn)行條件下僅余53%。
[Abstract]:The effects of different chelating agents (citric acid, glycolic acid and D-gluconic acid) on the structure and anti-carbon deposition of Ni0.75Fe0.25 catalytic layer were studied. The results show that the crystalline phase obtained by thermal decomposition method is Fe Ni3 phase, and its structure and size are related to chelating agent. Oxygen-programmed oxidation and Raman spectroscopy show that the catalytic layer containing D-gluconic acid has the best ability to resist carbon deposition.
