宜賓局繼電保護整定計算及管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:繼電保護是在被保護的元器件發(fā)生故障的情況下,能快速、自動將故障從電力系統(tǒng)都切除,確保故障元件不會繼續(xù)受到損害,同時無故障元件正常工作,避免事故擴大化。因而繼電保護對電網(wǎng)的安全運行特別重要。宜賓局繼電保護整定計算及管理系統(tǒng)的基本指導思想是:實現(xiàn)整定計算及定制管理流程的智能化,實現(xiàn)整定計算及定制管理的自動化。系統(tǒng)主要解決的技術(shù)問題是整定計算,其內(nèi)容包含智能圖形化建模算法、智能圖形操作算法和裝置保護整定計算和以上三種算法的優(yōu)化;系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)通過網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)庫管理,通過軟件系統(tǒng)各種數(shù)據(jù)的交換和數(shù)據(jù)共享。采用全面的圖形化操作管理,通過圖像化技術(shù)來表達電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),用戶在進行整定計算和管理時,可通過圖形化界面操作完成,同樣系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的顯示也使采用圖形化的方式,任務參數(shù)和計算結(jié)果都可以從圖上觀測到。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)和組件化的設計思路將系統(tǒng)劃分為多個模塊,適應系統(tǒng)管理上地域差別和系統(tǒng)的擴展,確保軟件具備可擴展性和可移植性。宜賓局繼電保護整定計算及管理系統(tǒng)采用C/S接口,系統(tǒng)采用成熟的C++開發(fā)語言實現(xiàn),采用全面的圖形化操作管理,通過圖像化技術(shù)來表達電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),用戶在進行整定計算和管理時,可通過圖形化界面操作完成,同樣系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的顯示也使采用采用二維可視化技術(shù),實現(xiàn)對設備和元器件的技術(shù)參數(shù)和整定計算結(jié)果疊加在可視乎圖形上顯示。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了220kV主變和110kV線路及以下電網(wǎng)繼電保護定值整定全過程的智能化,關(guān)鍵問題的自動化化,以及用戶操作過程的全方位圖形化,并提供了全面的故障計算功能,具有豐富的標準化結(jié)果輸出功能,全面而靈活地考慮了整定的各種規(guī)則,以及各種不同裝置的差別,還對整定計算中的一些難點問題提出了一些新的解決方法。其在繼電保護運行管理中的應用,必將大大提高整定計算的工作效率。
[Abstract]:Relay protection can quickly and automatically remove the fault from the power system and ensure that the fault element will not continue to be damaged, and at the same time, the fault element will work normally and avoid the expansion of the accident. Therefore, relay protection is particularly important to the safe operation of power grid. The basic guiding idea of the relay protection setting calculation and management system of Yibin Bureau is to realize the intelligentization of setting calculation and customization management flow and to realize the automation of setting calculation and custom management. The main technical problem of the system is setting calculation, which includes intelligent graphical modeling algorithm, intelligent graphic operation algorithm, device protection setting calculation and optimization of the above three algorithms, and the system data is managed by network database. Through the software system of various data exchange and data sharing. The overall graphical operation management is adopted, and the power network structure is expressed by the graphic technology. The user can operate through the graphical interface in setting calculation and management, and the display of the system data also makes the system adopt the graphical way. Both the task parameters and the calculated results can be observed from the diagram. In the process of system development, the system is divided into several modules by using object-oriented technology and component-based design idea, which adapts to the regional differences in system management and the expansion of the system, and ensures the extensibility and portability of the software. The relay protection setting calculation and management system of Yibin Bureau adopts the C / S interface, the system is realized by the mature C development language, the overall graphical operation management is adopted, and the power network structure is expressed through the image technology. In setting calculation and management, the user can operate through graphical interface, and the display of system data also enables the use of two-dimensional visualization technology. The technical parameters of equipment and components and the results of setting calculation can be displayed depending on the graph. The system realizes the intellectualization of the whole process of setting the value of the 220kV main transformer and the relay protection of the 110kV line and below the power network, the automation of the key problems, and the omni-directional graphics of the user operation process, and provides the comprehensive fault calculation function. It has abundant function of standardized result output, considers all kinds of setting rules and the differences of different devices, and puts forward some new solutions to some difficult problems in setting calculation. Its application in relay protection operation management will greatly improve the working efficiency of setting calculation.
