自抗擾控制器在平面電機控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對平面電機調(diào)速系統(tǒng)在PID控制下控制性能差的問題,文章提出了自抗擾控制方案,在突加負載或擾動時,用自抗擾控制器進行估計、補償和控制,解決了PID控制中產(chǎn)生的"快速性"與"超調(diào)量"之間的矛盾;文章詳細描述了自抗擾控制器組成、平面電機速度控制器的搭建,最后在突加負載和摩擦力突變的情況下,通過比較自抗擾控制和PID控制,結(jié)果表明:自抗擾控制具有良好的動態(tài)性能和魯棒性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of poor control performance of plane motor speed control system under the control of PID, this paper presents an active disturbance rejection control scheme, which is estimated, compensated and controlled by an active disturbance rejection controller when the load or disturbance is suddenly added. The contradiction between "rapidity" and "overshoot" produced in PID control is solved, the composition of ADRC, the construction of speed controller for planar motor are described in detail, and finally, in the case of sudden load and friction catastrophe, the structure of ADRC is described in detail. By comparing the active disturbance rejection control with the PID control, the results show that the active disturbance rejection control has good dynamic performance and robustness.
