【摘要】：雨凇覆冰對電力系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行造成了嚴(yán)重影響,國內(nèi)外針對覆冰粘結(jié)力進(jìn)行了大量研究,但大多數(shù)采用的是金屬和玻璃材質(zhì),尚未深入分析雨凇覆冰狀態(tài)下絕緣子材質(zhì)的覆冰粘結(jié)力�；�于多功能人工氣候室,以瓷、玻璃、復(fù)合硅橡膠為基底模擬絕緣子表面材質(zhì),從冰層溫度、防冰涂料、材料憎水性、覆冰水電導(dǎo)率等幾個(gè)方面對雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:不同材料的雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力不同,復(fù)合硅橡膠板的粘結(jié)力低于瓷板和玻璃板;雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力隨冰層溫度的降低先升高后降低,在溫度為-8℃時(shí)達(dá)到最高;涂覆憎水性涂料后,瓷板和玻璃板的雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力顯著下降,且高自潔防污閃涂料的防冰性能優(yōu)于持久性就地成型防污閃復(fù)合涂料;雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力隨著材料表面的憎水性升高而降低;覆冰水電導(dǎo)率對雨凇覆冰粘結(jié)力的影響較小。研究結(jié)果可為雨凇頻發(fā)地區(qū)的絕緣子防冰工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Rime icing has a serious impact on the safe operation of power system. A great deal of research has been done at home and abroad on the adhesion of icing, but most of them are made of metal and glass. The adhesion of insulator material under the condition of rime and ice has not been deeply analyzed. Based on the multifunctional artificial climate chamber, using porcelain, glass, composite silicone rubber as the substrate to simulate the insulator surface material, from the ice layer temperature, the ice-proof coating, the material hydrophobicity, The adhesive force of rime covered with ice was studied in several aspects, such as the conductivity of icing water.
