【摘要】：超臨界機(jī)組鍋爐和汽輪機(jī)之間運(yùn)行特性的顯著差異性要求建立鍋爐與汽輪機(jī)之間的協(xié)調(diào)控制機(jī)制,其控制品質(zhì)直接影響超臨界機(jī)組的安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。所以超臨界機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)是超臨界機(jī)組熱工控制的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 以某600MW超臨界機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,分別對(duì)其特點(diǎn)、基本方案、分類和運(yùn)行方式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并對(duì)其模型進(jìn)行機(jī)理分析,運(yùn)用集總參數(shù)法與模塊化建模結(jié)合起來(lái)的方法建立該機(jī)組的線性模型；并對(duì)所建模型進(jìn)行Pade算法降階,采用格拉姆矩陣解耦的方法,對(duì)其進(jìn)行解耦。運(yùn)用模糊控制的原理,分別設(shè)計(jì)了基于模糊控制的微分補(bǔ)償環(huán)節(jié)和基于模糊控制的鍋爐主控制器、汽機(jī)主控制器。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該策略能夠使其迅速趨于穩(wěn)定值,具有較好的負(fù)荷響應(yīng)能力和抗干擾能力。
[Abstract]:The remarkable difference of operation characteristics between supercritical unit boiler and steam turbine requires the establishment of coordinated control mechanism between boiler and steam turbine, and its control quality directly affects the safety and stability of supercritical unit. Therefore, the coordination control system of supercritical unit is the key point and difficulty of supercritical unit thermal control. Taking the coordination control system of a 600MW supercritical unit as the research object, the characteristics, basic scheme, classification and operation mode of the system are analyzed in detail, and the mechanism of the model is analyzed. The linear model of the unit is established by the combination of lumped parameter method and modular modeling, and the Pade algorithm is used to reduce the order of the model, and the Gramm matrix decoupling method is used to decouple it. The differential compensation link based on fuzzy control and boiler main controller and turbine main controller based on fuzzy control are designed respectively. It has better load response ability and anti-interference ability.
