儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)雙向直流變換器及其控制策略研究

【摘要】:隨著化石燃料的日趨枯竭,太陽(yáng)能、風(fēng)能等可再生能源以其能量可再生、清潔無污染的優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟年P(guān)注,以可再生能源為基礎(chǔ)的微網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)獲得了較快發(fā)展。然而由于風(fēng)能、太陽(yáng)能等新型能源的間歇性與不穩(wěn)定性,使得可再生能源發(fā)電與微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、實(shí)用性大大降低。為了克服這些缺點(diǎn),目前公認(rèn)的方法為增加儲(chǔ)能環(huán)節(jié),保證系統(tǒng)在不同工作狀況下能量的穩(wěn)定流動(dòng),維持系統(tǒng)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定工作。 本文在總結(jié)雙向DC/DC變換器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀后,采用帶耦合電感的二重交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)Buck-Boost拓?fù)渥鳛閮?chǔ)能系統(tǒng)主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并詳細(xì)分析了主電路的工作方式,研究了主電路零電流軟開關(guān)特性、并聯(lián)支路均流特性,研究了耦合系數(shù)對(duì)主電路性能的影響。該拓?fù)涞闹饕獌?yōu)點(diǎn)是,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)開關(guān)管的零電流軟開通,并且解決了二極管的反向恢復(fù)功耗問題,均流特性好,電流紋波小,電路結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。本文建立了主電路兩種模式的小信號(hào)模型,設(shè)計(jì)了雙閉環(huán)控制器,分析了閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,經(jīng)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,,系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)迅速,穩(wěn)態(tài)精度高。 針對(duì)包含可再生能源、蓄電池儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)、負(fù)載的三端直流母線發(fā)電系統(tǒng),制定了一套完整的基于狀態(tài)切換的儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)能量管理策略,并通過MATLAB仿真驗(yàn)證了該控制策略的正確性,有效性。 最后搭建硬件實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),使用TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320F28027作為系統(tǒng)控制器,進(jìn)行了儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)的開環(huán)和閉環(huán)實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了主電路參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的正確性,以及系統(tǒng)能量管理策略的有效性、快速性。
[Abstract]:With the depletion of fossil fuels, more and more attention has been paid to the renewable energy, such as solar energy, wind energy and so on, because of its advantages of renewable energy, clean and pollution-free. The microgrid power generation system based on renewable energy has developed rapidly. However, because of the intermittent and instability of new energy sources, such as wind energy and solar energy, the stability of renewable energy generation and microgrid system is made. In order to overcome these shortcomings, the widely accepted methods are to increase the energy storage link, ensure the steady flow of energy in different working conditions, and maintain the continuous and stable operation of the system. After summing up the development of bi-directional DC/DC converter, the dual interleaving parallel Buck-Boost topology with coupling inductor is adopted as the main circuit topology of the energy storage system, and the working mode of the main circuit is analyzed in detail. In this paper, the characteristics of zero-current soft switch and shunt current sharing of main circuit are studied, and the influence of coupling coefficient on the performance of main circuit is studied. The main advantage of this topology is that the zero-current soft switching of switch tube can be realized. The reverse recovery power problem of diode is solved, the current sharing characteristic is good, the current ripple is small and the circuit structure is compact. In this paper, a small signal model of two modes of main circuit is established, a double closed loop controller is designed, and the stability of the closed loop system is analyzed. The simulation results show that the system has fast response and high steady-state precision. For the three-terminal DC bus power generation system with renewable energy, storage battery system and load, a complete energy management strategy of energy storage system based on state switching is developed. The correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy are verified by MATLAB simulation. Finally, the hardware experiment platform is built. The open loop and closed loop experiments of the energy storage system are carried out by using the DSP chip TMS320F28027 of TI as the system controller, which verifies the correctness of the main circuit parameter design and the effectiveness of the system energy management strategy.
