風(fēng)電接入對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)過(guò)程的影響分析

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)和智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展興起,電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。近年來(lái)世界范圍內(nèi)的大停電事件屢屢發(fā)生,造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和惡劣的社會(huì)影響。制定合理的電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)方案對(duì)縮短供電恢復(fù)時(shí)間,減小停電損失至關(guān)重要。本文針對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)方案的制定進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾點(diǎn): 在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平臺(tái)上建立了黑啟動(dòng)恢復(fù)網(wǎng)架的元件模型體系,該體系中包括了發(fā)電、輸電、配電、用電部分的電氣元件,并用這些元件構(gòu)建了電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)初期系統(tǒng)。在系統(tǒng)仿真模型的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)預(yù)想單相短路故障來(lái)校驗(yàn)初期系統(tǒng)的暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定性,以此判斷黑啟動(dòng)方案是否科學(xué)有效,并將結(jié)果用作指導(dǎo)繼電保護(hù)裝置的設(shè)定和配置。算例分析介紹了各模型的使用方法,說(shuō)明了模型的實(shí)用性。 對(duì)于通過(guò)校驗(yàn)的多個(gè)預(yù)案需要進(jìn)行篩選決定出最優(yōu)方案作為主預(yù)案;诖四康,本文將方案篩選的原則制定成指標(biāo)體系用于方案評(píng)估,并提出了一種將熵權(quán)法和改進(jìn)的層次分析法相結(jié)合的方案評(píng)估算法,解決了傳統(tǒng)層次分析法常無(wú)法通過(guò)一致性檢驗(yàn)的問(wèn)題,也兼顧了主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)和客觀事實(shí)的雙重因素,計(jì)算過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)單精確。算例分析表明了文中所提算法的實(shí)用性和準(zhǔn)確性,并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了算法的計(jì)算流程。 隨著新能源的不斷興起,新能源容量占電網(wǎng)比例越來(lái)越大,對(duì)電網(wǎng)的影響也在逐漸增加,尤其以風(fēng)電發(fā)展最快,本文就風(fēng)電接入對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)過(guò)程的影響進(jìn)行了分析和探討,對(duì)風(fēng)電接入電網(wǎng)的優(yōu)劣性進(jìn)行了論述,并討論了在電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)過(guò)程中風(fēng)電接入電網(wǎng)的最佳時(shí)機(jī),最后設(shè)計(jì)了仿真方案對(duì)某實(shí)際電網(wǎng)的黑啟動(dòng)預(yù)案進(jìn)行了仿真分析,說(shuō)明了風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)過(guò)程的影響。對(duì)新能源參與電網(wǎng)恢復(fù)方案的研究提供了一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of interconnected power grid and smart grid, the structure of power grid becomes more and more complicated. It has caused huge economic loss and bad social impact. It is very important to make a reasonable recovery plan for power system to shorten the recovery time of power supply and reduce the loss of power supply. In this paper, the relevant research on the establishment of power system recovery scheme is carried out. The main elements include the following:. Based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform, the component model system of black start recovery grid is established. The system includes electrical components of generation, transmission, distribution and power consumption. Based on the simulation model of the power system, the transient stability of the initial system is verified by anticipating the single-phase short-circuit fault, and the black-start scheme is judged to be scientific and effective. The results are used to guide the setting and configuration of relay protection devices. The application methods of each model are analyzed and the practicability of the model is illustrated by an example. The optimal scheme should be selected to be the main plan through the screening of several verified plans. For this purpose, the principle of scheme selection is formulated as an index system for the evaluation of the scheme. A scheme evaluation algorithm combining entropy weight method and improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed, which solves the problem that the traditional AHP can not pass the consistency test, and also takes into account the dual factors of subjective experience and objective facts. The calculation process is simple and accurate. The example analysis shows the practicability and accuracy of the proposed algorithm, and the calculation flow of the algorithm is explained in detail. With the rising of new energy sources, the proportion of new energy capacity in the power grid is increasing, and the influence on the power grid is gradually increasing, especially the fastest development of wind power. This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of wind power access on the restoration process of power system, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of wind power access to power system, and discusses the best time for wind power to connect to power network in the process of power system restoration. Finally, the simulation scheme is designed to simulate and analyze the black-start plan of a practical power network, which illustrates the influence of wind power grid connection on the restoration process of power system, and provides a certain reference value for the research of new energy sources participating in the research of grid restoration scheme.
