含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著能源危機(jī)的到來(lái)以及日益增大的環(huán)境保護(hù)壓力,含有風(fēng)電、光伏發(fā)電等分布式電源的微網(wǎng)得到了迅速發(fā)展。微網(wǎng)不但能給用戶帶來(lái)清潔的能源和便捷、舒適的生活,還能節(jié)能減排,提高供電可靠性。不過(guò),越來(lái)越多的微網(wǎng)接入也給電力系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和運(yùn)行提出了更高、更新的要求。面對(duì)大量微網(wǎng)接入給配電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)的重大變革,研究微網(wǎng)接入對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的影響,建立一個(gè)微網(wǎng)接入配電網(wǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,并進(jìn)一步研究含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法是很有必要的。而且,要保障電力系統(tǒng)安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)地運(yùn)行,科學(xué)合理的電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃是重要的前提。在這樣的背景下,本文重點(diǎn)從變電站選址及容量配置、配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃及其算法兩個(gè)方面對(duì)含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究。本文從微網(wǎng)的概念和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),概述了對(duì)微網(wǎng)對(duì)配電網(wǎng)造成的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究。首先,研究了含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃算法。通過(guò)對(duì)遺傳算法和蟻群算法各自優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的分析,結(jié)合了兩種算法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,構(gòu)建了兩種組合算法。然后,對(duì)遺傳-蟻群和蟻群-遺傳這兩種組合算法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。其次,本文建立了配電網(wǎng)變電站規(guī)劃的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用多源連續(xù)選址優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行求解,得到了理想的變電站選址定容規(guī)劃結(jié)果。論文結(jié)合微網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)以及微網(wǎng)對(duì)配電網(wǎng)造成的影響,以最小的線路投資成本、網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗費(fèi)用和停電損失成本之和為目標(biāo)函數(shù),構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)架規(guī)劃模型,并加入了電壓、支路功率、潮流、倒送功率等約束條件。最后,采用了含38個(gè)負(fù)荷節(jié)點(diǎn)和4個(gè)微網(wǎng)的算例,分別運(yùn)用遺傳算法、蟻群算法、遺傳-蟻群組合算法、蟻群-遺傳組合算法進(jìn)行了仿真。仿真結(jié)果證明了含微網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃模型和蟻群-遺傳算法的合理性及有效性。通過(guò)對(duì)于這四種算法得出的規(guī)劃結(jié)果以及算法性能的分析,得出蟻群-遺傳組合算法要優(yōu)于其它三種算法,研究結(jié)果具有一定的實(shí)際工程意義。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the energy crisis and increasing environmental protection pressure, microgrids with wind power, photovoltaic power generation and other distributed power have been rapidly developed. Microgrid can not only bring clean energy and convenience to users. Comfortable life can also save energy and reduce emissions, improve the reliability of power supply. However, more and more microgrid access also provides higher power system planning and operation. In the face of a large number of microgrid access to the distribution network, the impact of microgrid access on the distribution network is studied, and a standard system of microgrid access to distribution network is established. Furthermore, it is necessary to further study the distribution network planning method with microgrid. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of the power system. Scientific and reasonable power system planning is an important prerequisite. In this context, this paper focuses on substation location and capacity allocation. The optimal planning of distribution network with microgrid is studied in two aspects of distribution network frame planning and its algorithm. This paper summarizes the influence of micro-grid on distribution network from the concept and characteristics of micro-grid. On this basis, the distribution network planning with microgrid is studied. Firstly, the distribution network planning algorithm with microgrid is studied. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm, the advantages of the two algorithms are combined. Then, the genetic ant colony and ant colony genetic algorithm are compared and analyzed. Secondly, the mathematical model of distribution network substation planning is established in this paper. By using the multi-source continuous location optimization method, the optimal location planning results of substation location are obtained. Combining the characteristics of micro-grid and the influence of micro-grid on distribution network, the minimum line investment cost is obtained. The sum of the cost of network loss and the cost of power outage is the objective function. A network planning model is constructed, and constraints such as voltage, branch power, power flow, and power supply are added. Finally. An example with 38 load nodes and 4 microgrids is used, and genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and genetic ant colony combination algorithm are used respectively. The simulation results show that the distribution network planning model with microgrid and ant colony genetic algorithm are reasonable and effective. Performance analysis. It is concluded that the ant colony genetic combination algorithm is superior to the other three algorithms, and the research results have some practical engineering significance.
