預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下復(fù)合材料板沖擊響應(yīng)數(shù)值方法研究

【摘要】:考慮初始拉伸應(yīng)力或初始?jí)嚎s應(yīng)力的影響,對(duì)復(fù)合材料層合板的高速?zèng)_擊響應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究;陲@式有限元方法,引入三維Hashin失效準(zhǔn)則模擬層內(nèi)纖維和基體的損傷和演化過程,結(jié)合Cohesive單元模擬層間分離破壞過程,建立數(shù)值模型,分析不同沖擊能量下的預(yù)應(yīng)力復(fù)合材料層合板的沖擊響應(yīng)。數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)對(duì)沖擊變形、沖擊載荷峰值、沖擊極限速度、分層損傷模式和損傷耗能分布均有影響;總體來說,壓縮預(yù)應(yīng)力降低了復(fù)合材料層合板的抗沖擊性能,而拉伸預(yù)應(yīng)力效果不能下定論。作為復(fù)合材料沖擊過程的重要影響因素,預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)必須加以考慮。
[Abstract]:Considering the effect of initial tensile stress or initial compression stress, the high speed impact response of composite laminates was studied. Based on explicit finite element method (FEM), 3D Hashin failure criterion is introduced to simulate the damage and evolution process of fiber and matrix in the layer. The numerical model is established by using Cohesive element to simulate the process of interlaminar separation and failure. The impact response of prestressed composite laminated plates with different impact energy is analyzed. The numerical results show that the prestressing state has an effect on the impact deformation, the peak impact load, the impact limit velocity, the delamination damage mode and the damage energy distribution. Compression prestressing reduces the impact resistance of composite laminates, but the effect of tensile prestressing can not be determined. As an important factor in the impact process of composite materials, the state of prestress must be considered.
