三維編織壓電陶瓷基復(fù)合材料有效電彈性性能有限元分析

【摘要】:基于三維編織預(yù)制件的細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu),建立了三維編織壓電陶瓷基復(fù)合材料位移-電耦合場(chǎng)有限元模型,利用電彈性場(chǎng)體積平均思想和有限元方法研究了周期分布三維編織壓電陶瓷基復(fù)合材料的有效電彈性性能。通過(guò)對(duì)代表性體積單元施加位移載荷和電載荷邊界條件,預(yù)測(cè)了不同纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)下三維編織壓電陶瓷基復(fù)合材料的有效彈性常數(shù)、壓電常數(shù)和介電常數(shù)。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,三維編織壓電陶瓷基復(fù)合材料可顯著改善壓電陶瓷的整體力學(xué)性能,且保持了較好的電學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro structure of three dimensional braided prefabricated parts, a finite element model of displacement electric coupling field of three dimensional braided piezoelectric ceramic matrix composites is established. The effective electroelastic properties of periodic distributed three dimensional braided piezoelectric ceramic matrix composites were studied by means of volume averaging of electroelastic field and finite element method. The effective elastic constant, piezoelectric constant and dielectric constant of 3D braided piezoelectric ceramic matrix composites with different fiber volume fraction were predicted by applying displacement load and electric load boundary condition to the representative volume element. The results show that the three-dimensional braided piezoelectric ceramic matrix composites can significantly improve the overall mechanical properties of piezoelectric ceramics and maintain good electrical properties.
