選擇性溶解法制備聚合物增透膜的研究

【摘要】:減反射膜是一類用于減少光學(xué)元件表面的反射、增加工作波段內(nèi)光透射率的光學(xué)薄膜。它廣泛應(yīng)用于通訊器材、顯示器、激光器、太陽能電池及各類光學(xué)鏡片等光學(xué)元件當(dāng)中。因此,研究減反射膜的設(shè)計(jì)和制備技術(shù),對(duì)于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)十分必要。 本文先采用SAN/PS共混溶液法制備了SAN增透膜,發(fā)現(xiàn)其增透效果不太理想,且薄膜耐水性較差。本文然后用經(jīng)典乳液聚合法合成了粒徑窄分布的納米尺寸PMMA和PS乳液,,再通過共混乳液法制備了PMMA增透膜,發(fā)現(xiàn)此薄膜的增透效果明顯好于SAN增透膜。采用此法制備的PMMA增透膜不僅在可見光區(qū)具有增透性,而且在近紅外區(qū)也具有增透性,另外薄膜還具有一定的疏水性,此法的不足之處是步驟繁瑣。本文最后采用步驟更加簡(jiǎn)便的單乳液法制備了PMMA增透膜,發(fā)現(xiàn)其增透效果與用共混乳液法制備的PMMA增透膜相比沒有大幅下降,且具有良好的耐超聲清洗性,可以嘗試在不同基底上采用此法制備增透膜。
[Abstract]:Antireflection film is a kind of optical film which is used to reduce the reflection on the surface of optical element and increase the optical transmittance in the working band. It is widely used in communication devices, displays, lasers, solar cells and optical lenses and other optical components. Therefore, it is necessary for production practice to study the design and preparation technology of antireflection film. In this paper, SAN antireflective films were prepared by SAN/PS blend solution method. It was found that the antireflective effect of SAN films was not ideal and the water resistance of the films was poor. In this paper, nano-sized PMMA and PS emulsions with narrow particle size distribution were synthesized by classical emulsion polymerization, and then PMMA antireflective films were prepared by blending emulsion method. It was found that the antireflective effect of PMMA films was better than that of SAN antireflective films. The PMMA antireflection film prepared by this method not only has antireflection in the visible region, but also has antireflection in the near infrared region. In addition, the film has some hydrophobicity. The disadvantage of this method is that the steps are tedious. In the end, the PMMA antireflective membrane was prepared by a simple and simple single emulsion method. It was found that the antireflection effect of the PMMA antireflective membrane was not significantly lower than that of the PMMA antireflective membrane prepared by blending emulsion method, and it had good ultrasonic cleaning resistance. This method can be used to prepare antireflective films on different substrates.
