改性椰纖維增強(qiáng)聚乳酸復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:目的添加適量椰纖維(CF)改善聚乳酸(PLA)的力學(xué)性能,以適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的包裝。方法采用熔融共混法制備不同CF含量的CF/PLA復(fù)合材料。通過力學(xué)性能測(cè)試、掃描電子顯微鏡觀察和動(dòng)態(tài)熱力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,探討添加不同含量的堿洗CF對(duì)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果與純PLA相比,復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度降低,沖擊強(qiáng)度增大,儲(chǔ)能模量增大,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度降低。當(dāng)堿洗CF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為3%時(shí),復(fù)合材料的沖擊強(qiáng)度比純PLA增加了24%。結(jié)論添加CF有利于提高復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能,堿液浸泡更有利于改善CF和PLA基體的界面相容性。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the mechanical properties of polylactic acid (PLA) by adding proper amount of coconut fiber (CF). Methods CF/PLA composites with different CF content were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of alkali washing CF on the mechanical properties of composites were investigated by means of mechanical properties test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation and dynamic thermodynamics test. Results compared with pure PLA, the tensile strength, impact strength, storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the composites decreased. When the alkali washing CF content is 3, the impact strength of the composite is 24% higher than that of pure PLA. Conclusion the addition of CF can improve the mechanical properties of the composites, and the soaking of alkali solution can improve the interfacial compatibility between CF and PLA matrix.
