納米隔熱材料在艦船上的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:納米材料依舊是21世紀(jì)的明星材料,納米隔熱材料由于其明顯的低熱導(dǎo)率,一出現(xiàn)就成為艦船行業(yè)的研究熱點(diǎn)。與傳統(tǒng)的隔熱材料相比,相同的隔熱面積需要的納米隔熱材料更少。本文以納米孔隔熱材料的制造工藝為例,探索納米隔熱材料的工藝流程,并將納米孔隔熱材料和傳統(tǒng)的隔熱材料的壓縮強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)不同溫度下納米孔隔熱材料的加熱線(xiàn)收縮率進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),納米孔隔熱材料的壓縮強(qiáng)度高于傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)機(jī)隔熱材料,卻低于硅酸鋁纖維,納米孔隔熱材料的最佳使用溫度為1 000℃左右。
[Abstract]:Nanomaterials are still the star materials in the 21st century. Because of their obvious low thermal conductivity, nanomaterials have become a research hotspot in ship industry. Compared with the traditional insulation materials, the same insulation area requires less nano insulation materials. In this paper, the manufacturing process of nano-porous insulation material is taken as an example to explore the technological process of nano-insulation material, and the compression strength of nano-pore insulation material and traditional heat insulation material is compared. The shrinkage of heating line of nano-pore insulation materials at different temperatures was studied. The results show that the compression strength of nano-porous insulation material is higher than that of traditional inorganic insulating material, but lower than that of aluminum silicate fiber. The optimum temperature of nano-pore insulation material is about 1000 鈩,
