氯離子對Solar Salt熔鹽熱物性的影響及結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:以質(zhì)量比6∶4的NaNO_3/KNO_3的混合熔鹽為基礎(chǔ),添加Cl~-,測定DSC-TG,研究其熱穩(wěn)定性并進(jìn)行XRD分析。結(jié)果表明,Cl~-對NaNO_3-KNO_3熔點(diǎn)和相變潛熱影響較小,上限溫度輕微降低,熱穩(wěn)定性變差;XRD結(jié)果表明,在NaNO_3-KNO_3熔鹽冷卻時,Cl-優(yōu)先與Na+結(jié)合;常溫下,Cl~-以固溶體的形式存在。
[Abstract]:Based on the mixed molten salt of NaNO_3/KNO_3 with a mass ratio of 6:4, the thermal stability of DSC-TG was determined by adding ClC-, and the thermal stability of DSC-TG was studied and analyzed by XRD. The results show that NaNO_3-KNO_3 has little effect on the melting point and latent heat of phase transition, and the upper temperature decreases slightly, and the thermal stability becomes worse. The results show that Cl- preferentially binds to Na in the cooling of NaNO_3-KNO_3 molten salt and exists as a solid solution at room temperature.
