MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體對(duì)低碳鎂碳磚性能的影響

【摘要】:鎂碳磚由于其優(yōu)異的熱震穩(wěn)定性和抗渣性而廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金行業(yè)。隨著鋼鐵工業(yè)的發(fā)展和冶煉潔凈鋼的需求,低碳化成為了鎂碳磚的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),SiC因其優(yōu)良的性能而代替石墨被應(yīng)用到低碳鎂碳磚的生產(chǎn)中,因此MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體被引入到鎂碳磚中可以?xún)?yōu)化鎂碳磚的基質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)。 本課題主要將實(shí)驗(yàn)室合成的兩種MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體和自立公司合成的兩種MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體作為基質(zhì)加入到鎂碳磚中,研究粉體種類(lèi)對(duì)鎂碳磚性能的影響,再將這四種復(fù)合粉體制備低碳鎂碳磚的性能進(jìn)行比較。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: (1)與w(c)=12wt%的傳統(tǒng)鎂碳磚相比,加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室合成的MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體制備的低碳鎂碳磚的顯氣孔率較大,體積密度較小,熱導(dǎo)率較低,高溫抗折強(qiáng)度較小,抗氧化性較好,抗渣侵蝕性較差。 (2)與w(c)=12wt%的傳統(tǒng)鎂碳磚相比,加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室合成的MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體制備的低碳鎂碳磚的顯氣孔率較大,體積密度較小,,抗氧化性較差。 (3)由于具有較高的SiC含量和較小的粒度,實(shí)驗(yàn)室合成的MgO-SiC-C復(fù)合粉體制備的鎂碳磚的高溫抗折強(qiáng)度和抗氧化性較好。
[Abstract]:Magnesia-carbon brick is widely used in metallurgical industry because of its excellent thermal shock stability and slag resistance. With the development of iron and steel industry and the demand of smelting clean steel, low-carbonization has become the development trend of magnesia-carbon brick. At the same time, sic is used in the production of low carbon magnesia carbon brick because of its excellent properties. Therefore, MgO-SiC-C composite powder can be introduced into magnesia carbon brick to optimize the matrix structure of magnesia carbon brick. In this paper, two kinds of MgO-SiC-C composite powder synthesized in laboratory and two kinds of MgO-SiC-C composite powder synthesized by self-supporting company were added to magnesia carbon brick as the matrix to study the effect of powder type on the properties of magnesia carbon brick. The properties of the four composite powders for preparing low-carbon magnesia-carbon brick were compared. The experimental results show that: (1) compared with the traditional magnesia carbon brick with w (c) 12wt%, the low carbon magnesia carbon brick prepared by adding the MgO-SiC-C composite powder has higher apparent porosity, smaller bulk density, lower thermal conductivity and lower flexural strength at high temperature. (2) compared with the traditional magnesia carbon brick with w (c) 12wt%, the low carbon magnesia carbon brick prepared by adding the MgO-SiC-C composite powder prepared by laboratory has higher apparent porosity and smaller bulk density. (3) because of the high content of SiC and the smaller particle size, the magnesia carbon brick prepared by the MgO-SiC-C composite powder prepared in the laboratory has good flexural strength and oxidation resistance at high temperature.
