T300碳纖維復(fù)合材料損傷聲發(fā)射特性研究

【摘要】:碳纖維復(fù)合材料如今被廣泛應(yīng)用于各大領(lǐng)域,如國防、醫(yī)療、建筑等尖端領(lǐng)域以及體育用品、太陽能等工業(yè)。正是因?yàn)槠鋸?qiáng)度高、抗熱沖擊性好,比重小等優(yōu)勢(shì)使其得到廣大重視并快速發(fā)展。但由于碳纖維復(fù)合材料的不同鋪層方式以及基體與纖維的復(fù)合,使其在加工制造過程中難免會(huì)存在一些參數(shù)控制失誤、人為操作不當(dāng)?shù)痊F(xiàn)象,使得復(fù)合材料質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定或者存在一些缺陷,因此對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合材料的缺陷檢測(cè)以及不同鋪層方式的損傷特性研究,為其能在實(shí)際工程中被更好的應(yīng)用起到重要作用。T300碳纖維復(fù)合材料因其鋪層方法各異,使其拉伸過程中損傷類型也不相同。本文應(yīng)用ABAQUS有限元軟件模擬[-45°/45°]14和[0°/90°]14兩種鋪層類型的碳纖維復(fù)合材料板拉伸斷裂過程。對(duì)比分析兩種試件在拉伸斷裂過程中應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布特征和材料損傷的局部信息,得到不同鋪層方式碳纖維復(fù)合材料材料的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變數(shù)值關(guān)系和損傷特征,為T300碳纖維復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能研究和聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)提供一定理論依據(jù)。通過[-45°/45°]14和[0°/90°]14兩種鋪層方式的碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板的拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn),研究試件拉伸斷裂的力學(xué)特性和直觀破壞過程。采集拉伸過程中的聲發(fā)射信號(hào),應(yīng)用參數(shù)分析法對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析,得到不同損傷階段聲發(fā)射參量分布特征。并采用K均值聚類方法對(duì)材料各損傷階段聲發(fā)射信號(hào)進(jìn)行模式識(shí)別,結(jié)合信號(hào)參量分布特征和碳纖維復(fù)合材料的微觀損傷性能,判斷不同鋪層方式的各個(gè)階段所產(chǎn)生的聲發(fā)射信號(hào)所屬的損傷類型,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)[-45°/45°]14和[0°/90°]14兩種鋪層方式的碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板拉伸破壞過程的模式識(shí)別,為評(píng)價(jià)這兩種類型的碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber composites are widely used in various fields, such as defense, medical, construction and other cutting-edge fields, sporting goods, solar energy and other industries. It is because of its high strength, good thermal impact resistance, small proportion and other advantages, it has been widely valued and rapid development. However, due to the different layering methods of carbon fiber composites and the combination of matrix and fiber, it is inevitable that there will be some errors in parameter control and improper artificial operation in the process of processing and manufacturing. The quality of the composite is unstable or there are some defects, so the defect detection of carbon fiber composite and the damage characteristics of different layering methods are studied. T300 carbon fiber composites have different types of damage in tensile process because of their different lamination methods. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the tensile fracture process of two kinds of laminated carbon fiber composite plates [-45 擄/ 45 擄] 14 and [0 擄/ 90 擄] 14. By comparing and analyzing the stress field distribution and the local damage information of the two specimens during tensile fracture, the stress-strain numerical relationship and damage characteristics of carbon fiber composites with different layering methods are obtained. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of mechanical properties and acoustic emission monitoring of T300 carbon fiber composites. The tensile tests of carbon fiber composite laminates with [-45 擄/ 45 擄] 14 and [0 擄/ 90 擄] 14 layers were carried out to study the mechanical properties of tensile fracture and the direct fracture process of the specimens. The acoustic emission signals during stretching are collected and analyzed by parameter analysis method. The distribution characteristics of acoustic emission parameters in different damage stages are obtained. The K-means clustering method is used to identify the acoustic emission signals in different damage stages of the materials. The characteristics of signal parameter distribution and the microscopic damage properties of carbon fiber composites are analyzed. The damage types of acoustic emission signals produced by different layering modes are judged, and the mode recognition of tensile failure process of carbon fiber composite laminates with [-45 擄/ 45 擄] 14 and [0 擄/ 90 擄] 14 is realized. It provides experimental basis for evaluating the two types of carbon fiber composite laminates.
