【摘要】：內(nèi)容摘要：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)在我國的地區(qū)發(fā)展中占有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起著重要的作用,沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨到新的社會(huì)問題和經(jīng)濟(jì)背景。東部沿海地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)向內(nèi)陸轉(zhuǎn)移、國家振興東北老工業(yè)基地戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,為沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展提供了新的機(jī)遇。在新的國際、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景下,政府制定了沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在諸多因素的相互作用下,沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)必然發(fā)生重組與再造。 本文首先分析了區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的研究意義以及國際、國內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明了區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)、區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變過程以及演變機(jī)制的定義,從而明確相關(guān)概念與理論的科學(xué)界定,并對(duì)包括區(qū)位論、區(qū)域增長(zhǎng)極理論、中心--外圍理論和點(diǎn)--軸理論在內(nèi)的理論支撐部分進(jìn)行闡述。 其次,對(duì)沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)進(jìn)行了概述,并對(duì)其發(fā)展進(jìn)程,以及前期的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行解析,分析沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和其發(fā)展中具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。根據(jù)近十五年國家統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分析,通過對(duì)沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的發(fā)展水平與發(fā)展階段的判斷,對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的均衡性研究,以及區(qū)域用地效率的差異分析,來確立沈陽經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的整合目標(biāo)以及原則,從而對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)空間結(jié)構(gòu)整合的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和對(duì)策措施進(jìn)行探究。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since 21th century, Shenyang economic zone has played an important strategic role in the regional development of our country, and the regional spatial structure has played an important role in the regional economic growth. The economic development of Shenyang Economic Zone is faced with new social problems and economic background. The eastern coastal area industries are transferred inland, and the implementation of the national strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, Under the new international and domestic economic development background, the government has formulated the development strategy of the regional spatial structure of Shenyang economic zone, under the interaction of many factors, The regional spatial structure of Shenyang economic zone must be reorganized and reconstituted. This paper first analyzes the significance of regional spatial structure and the current situation of international and domestic research, and clarifies the definition of regional spatial structure, the evolution process of regional spatial structure and the evolution mechanism of regional spatial structure. Then it clarifies the scientific definition of relevant concepts and theories, and expounds the theoretical support parts including location theory, regional growth pole theory, central-peripheral theory and point-axis theory. Secondly, it summarizes the Shenyang economic zone, analyzes its development process and the development situation in the early stage, analyzes the characteristics of the regional spatial structure of Shenyang economic zone and its advantages and disadvantages in its development. On this basis, the development strategy of Shenyang Economic Zone is explored. According to the basic data analysis of the National Statistical Yearbook in recent 15 years, the equilibrium of economic development of Shenyang Economic Zone is studied by judging the development level and development stage of Shenyang Economic Zone. And the difference analysis of regional land use efficiency, to establish the integration goal and principle of the regional spatial structure of Shenyang economic zone, so as to explore the optimization objectives and countermeasures of the integration of regional economic spatial structure.
