【摘要】：2013年初,習(xí)近平主席在訪非期間首次提出"命運(yùn)共同體",成為中國政府塑造新型國際秩序和處理雙邊、多邊關(guān)系的重要理念和發(fā)展路標(biāo)。中非關(guān)系在2014年得到全面深化,雙邊"命運(yùn)共同體"建設(shè)進(jìn)入新階段。經(jīng)貿(mào)上,突破了2200億美元大關(guān);政治上,李克強(qiáng)總理訪非并提出"461"合作新框架,充實(shí)了"真、實(shí)、親、誠"的對非外交理念;安全上,中國向南蘇丹派遣首支維和步兵營,在非洲的和平安全領(lǐng)域展現(xiàn)更加積極和建設(shè)性參與的姿態(tài)。在西非地區(qū)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的埃博拉疫情之后,作為域外大國,中國又第一個馳援,先后提供7.5億元的各類援助,彰顯了中國的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。中非能夠利用各自優(yōu)勢,共同構(gòu)建一種新型的協(xié)同發(fā)展關(guān)系,中非特殊的"命運(yùn)共同體"也由此能夠進(jìn)一步向新的"機(jī)遇共同體"提升。
[Abstract]:In early 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed for the first time during his visit to Africa the "Community of Destiny", which became an important concept and a landmark for the Chinese Government to shape a new international order and handle bilateral and multilateral relations. The construction of the bilateral "Destiny Community" has entered a new stage. In economy and trade, it has broken through the US $220 billion mark. Politically, Premier Li Keqiang visited Africa and put forward a new framework for "461" cooperation, which enriches the diplomatic concept of "true, true, intimate and sincere" to Africa; security. China has sent its first peacekeeping infantry battalion to South Sudan to show a more active and constructive engagement in the area of peace and security in Africa. After a serious Ebola outbreak in West Africa, China was the first country to help as an extraterritorial power. China and Africa have been able to take advantage of their respective advantages to build a new type of cooperative development relationship. China-Africa special "destiny community" also can further promote to the new "opportunity community".
