　　俄羅斯與中國戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系的擴(kuò)大和深化是俄羅斯政策和長期發(fā)展指導(dǎo)方向。該研究分析了"一帶一路"倡議的背景,強(qiáng)調(diào)該倡議的特點(diǎn),研究了與該倡議相關(guān)的俄中合作的積極前景。這一舉措是全球化的原則之一,它是本文研究的原因之一。本文對(duì)利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行了分析,揭示了"一帶一路"倡議對(duì)中國和俄羅斯之間的重要性,以及俄羅斯和中國之間的政治關(guān)系的發(fā)展。全球經(jīng)濟(jì)自2017以來一直回升,貿(mào)易和投資趨勢呈積極趨勢。近年來,中國作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的動(dòng)力,發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。中國也加快了推動(dòng)"一帶一路"倡議的步伐,并穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九次全國代表大會(huì)表示,應(yīng)該以"一帶一路"建設(shè)為重點(diǎn)目標(biāo),為中國在各方面的發(fā)展開辟新局面,因此,為了加強(qiáng)這種國際化發(fā)展,這項(xiàng)倡議得到了充分發(fā)展。俄羅斯和中國之間的合作已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了四個(gè)世紀(jì),如今,兩國之間的關(guān)系正在積極發(fā)展。在2013-2014年的地緣政治緊張時(shí)期,中國作為俄羅斯戰(zhàn)略伙伴尤為重要。實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平的外交政策合作是俄中關(guān)系的一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)。吸引和有效利用外國投資是俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),是各國經(jīng)濟(jì)互利合作的方向之一。在外國投資的幫助下,俄羅斯需要改善生產(chǎn)壓力,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)造新的高科技生產(chǎn)...
