中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司在東亞和東南亞的選址因素:正式制度的作用

來(lái)自新興市場(chǎng)的跨國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際擴(kuò)張正在迅速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)象表明全球商業(yè)版圖正在重塑。過(guò)去二十年中的研究和實(shí)踐都有助于我們了解來(lái)自新興市場(chǎng)的跨國(guó)公司如何選擇外商直接投資區(qū)位。其中出現(xiàn)的具體的研究問(wèn)題就是原有理論是否仍然能有效地解釋新興市場(chǎng)中跨國(guó)企業(yè)的這些國(guó)際行為。本研究的目的是通過(guò)考察正式制度來(lái)探討決定中國(guó)企業(yè)選擇外商直接投資區(qū)位的特定因素。借鑒制度理論,我們認(rèn)為東道國(guó)正式制度的發(fā)展對(duì)中國(guó)的跨國(guó)企業(yè)決定區(qū)位選擇起著重要的作用。我們還認(rèn)為正式制度距離對(duì)中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司區(qū)位決策具有積極的影響。我們采用了 2002年至2013年期間在八個(gè)東亞和東南亞國(guó)家建立的中國(guó)子公司的企業(yè)級(jí)數(shù)據(jù),提出實(shí)證結(jié)果來(lái)證實(shí)所衍生的假設(shè)。我們的研究結(jié)果表明,正式制度的發(fā)展是確定中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司的區(qū)位選擇的一個(gè)實(shí)質(zhì)性因素。我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),具有積極方向的正式制度距離極大地促進(jìn)了中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。
