【摘要】：在廣東省第二輪地方志編修任務(wù)圓滿落幕之際,地方志資料年報編修工作啟動,屬國內(nèi)首次組織編纂。在深入分析11個年度的廣東省科技志資料年報的基礎(chǔ)上,探討廣東省科技志資料年報制度的發(fā)展與建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,論述其在上層政策體系、制度操作執(zhí)行情況、落實制度方面存在問題,分析科技志年報制度特點,最后從提高其創(chuàng)新性與系統(tǒng)性的角度對今后科技志資料年報制度的發(fā)展提出建議與意見。
[Abstract]:At the end of the second round of the compilation and revision of the local chronicles in Guangdong Province, the compilation and revision of the annual reports of the local chronicles began for the first time in China. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the annual reports of the scientific and technological chronicles of Guangdong Province in 11 years, This paper probes into the present situation of the development and construction of the annual report system of scientific and technological records in Guangdong Province, discusses the problems existing in the upper level policy system, the implementation of the system, the implementation of the system, and analyzes the characteristics of the annual report system of science and technology chronicles. Finally, suggestions and suggestions on the development of the annual report system of scientific and technological records are put forward from the point of view of improving its innovation and systematicness.
