【摘要】：投資項目財務分析是在項目投資決策階段,對擬建項目進行全面的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析論證,是項目決策的重要依據(jù),也是防范投資風險的重要措施。如何將有限的資金投入到石化項目建設中而取得最佳的社會和經(jīng)濟效益,做好項目投資分析與財務評價工作意義重大。 本文首先簡要介紹吉林石化公司苯乙烯項目的背景,分析項目產(chǎn)品的市場需求,預測產(chǎn)品的未來銷量,確定項目的涉及達產(chǎn)能力,并據(jù)此提出項目的主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標；其次采用了定性分析和定量評估相結(jié)合的方法,對項目的市場可行性、技術(shù)可行性、生產(chǎn)能力、技術(shù)方案、投資估算和資金籌措、成本費用估算等方面進行了比較全面和深入的分析,由此提出投資吉林石化公司苯乙烯項目的必要性和合理性；再次采用靜態(tài)分析和動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法,對現(xiàn)金流量、凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率、投資收益率等相關(guān)財務指標進行了分析。最后,對項目進行了不確定分析和敏感性分析,以提高項目經(jīng)濟評價的可靠性和決策的科學性。 本文通過分析與研究,結(jié)果表明,吉林石化公司苯乙烯項目能夠在預定的時間內(nèi)收回成本并帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟利益和社會效益,因此該項目是積極可行的。
[Abstract]:The financial analysis of investment project is a comprehensive technical and economic analysis and demonstration of the proposed project in the stage of project investment decision, which is an important basis for project decision making. It is also an important measure to guard against investment risk. How to invest the limited funds in petrochemical project construction and obtain the best social and economic benefits is of great significance to the project investment analysis and financial evaluation. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the background of the styrene project of Jilin Petrochemical Company, analyzes the market demand of the project products, forecasts the future sales volume of the products, determines the project's ability to reach the production capacity, and puts forward the main technical and economic indexes of the project. Secondly, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are used to analyze the market feasibility, technical feasibility, production capacity, technical scheme, investment estimation and financing of the project. The cost and cost estimation are analyzed comprehensively and deeply, and the necessity and rationality of investing in the styrene project of Jilin Petrochemical Company are put forward. Again, the method of combining static analysis and dynamic analysis is used to analyze the cash flow. Net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), rate of return on investment (ROI) and other related financial indexes are analyzed. Finally, uncertainty analysis and sensitivity analysis are carried out to improve the reliability of project economic evaluation and the scientificity of decision making. Through analysis and research, the results show that the styrene project of Jilin Petrochemical Company can recover the cost and bring considerable economic and social benefits within the scheduled time, so the project is active and feasible.
