建筑抗震設計的新概念——對《建筑工程抗震性態(tài)設計通則》的理解

【提要】  《建筑工程抗震性態(tài)設計通則》(CECS160:2004)已經(jīng)中國工程建設標準化協(xié)會批準試用�！锻▌t》總結了近幾年來國內(nèi)外的最新抗震科研成果和工程經(jīng)驗,提出了抗震性態(tài)設計、設計地震加速度、結構彈塑性地震反應、結構影響系數(shù)、結構彈塑性側移、高頻結構豎向地震反應、建筑抗震設計類別等諸多抗震設計新概念和新方法,對提高我國建筑抗震設計水平將起到積極的推動作用,也為今后修訂國家標準《建筑抗震設計規(guī)范》提供了較完整的資料。

Abstract:In General Rule for Performancebased Seismic Design of Buildings,there are many new aseismic conceptions and calculating methods,such as performancebased design,basic design ground motion acceleration,plastic seismic response of structures,structural influence coefficient,structural elasticplastic sidesway,vertical seismic response of high frequency structures,category of seismic of buildings etc.It will promote the seismic design of the buildings,and it may be used as the model code to adjust the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings in China.
