基于Web的科研管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本課題是根據對天津某職業(yè)學院的教師教學和科研管理業(yè)務的調研及對現(xiàn)有信息管理技術的分析的基礎上提出的,該科研管理系統(tǒng)基于天津某職業(yè)學院科研管理工作的內容和流程特點,為全院的教職員工提供了一個科研信息管理的綜合平臺,利用該平臺可以實現(xiàn)信息的合理存儲和管理,可以實現(xiàn)信息的高效、綜合查詢和比較;實現(xiàn)科研信息的共享;實現(xiàn)科研信息的統(tǒng)計查詢。本文首先從國內外高校科研業(yè)務管理工作的現(xiàn)狀的分析入手,剖析并總結了高校科研業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的必要性和可行性。通過跟最終用戶調研,明確了系統(tǒng)需求,在此基礎上提出系統(tǒng)總體設計目標和最終的解決方案。與此同時,本系統(tǒng)運用先進的三層MVC架構模式,將視圖、業(yè)務邏輯和數據訪問分離開來,在很大程度上提高了系統(tǒng)的已維護性和可擴展性。接著,本文使用標準設計工具UML的類圖和時序圖對系統(tǒng)的模塊和層次進行了劃分和詳細的描述。重點將數據挖掘技術引入到科研管理系統(tǒng)中,對各項科研成果、教師信息等數據進行深入的分析和挖掘,對教師科研工作政策的制定提供參考和依據。本文的重要貢獻之一的是將關聯(lián)規(guī)則數據挖掘中多維Apriori算法用來對教師發(fā)表論文的數據信息進行挖掘,用來發(fā)現(xiàn)教師個人情況與論文發(fā)表情況的內在關聯(lián),從而為下一年度科研管理者對論文管理的決策提供重要依據。系統(tǒng)著眼于當前學院科研信息管理工作的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展,首先解決了管理工作需求中的問題,具備較強的可操作性和可易用性,考慮到今后管理工作的發(fā)展需要,在總體設計上,軟件還預留了一些接口便于以后的升級和擴充。系統(tǒng)在概要設計和詳細設計的基礎之上,完成了編碼工作,并且在系統(tǒng)測試之后,證明功能和性能與設計相符合,系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、安全性和實用性都達到了令人滿意的效果。最后作者全面總結了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的過程,也分析了系統(tǒng)需要改進的地方,為今后下一步工作,給出了切實可行的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:This subject is put forward on the basis of the investigation of the teaching and research management business of a vocational college in Tianjin and the analysis of the existing information management technology. Based on the content and process characteristics of scientific research management in a vocational college in Tianjin, the system provides a comprehensive platform for the management of scientific research information for the teaching staff of the whole institute. The platform can realize the reasonable storage and management of information, and realize the efficient, comprehensive query and comparison of information. To realize the sharing of scientific research information; First of all, this paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of scientific research business management in colleges and universities at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes the necessity and feasibility of research and development of scientific research business management system in colleges and universities. At the same time, the system uses the advanced three-tier MVC architecture model to separate view, business logic and data access. It greatly improves the maintainability and extensibility of the system. In this paper, the class diagram and sequence diagram of standard design tool UML are used to divide and describe the modules and levels of the system in detail. The data mining technology is introduced into the scientific research management system. Teachers information and other data in-depth analysis and mining. One of the important contributions of this paper is to use multidimensional Apriori algorithm in association rule data mining to mine the data information of teachers' published papers. . It is used to find out the internal relationship between the teacher's personal situation and the publication of the paper. The system focuses on the current situation and development of the management of scientific research information in colleges. Firstly, it solves the problems in the management requirements. With strong operability and ease of use, considering the development of future management needs, in the overall design. The software also reserved some interfaces for future upgrade and extension. The system completed the coding work on the basis of outline design and detailed design, and after the system test. It is proved that the function and performance are consistent with the design, and the stability, security and practicability of the system are all satisfactory. Finally, the author summarizes the process of the system development. The system needs to be improved is also analyzed, and practical development suggestions are given for the future work.
