【摘要】：習(xí)近平同志指出,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息化是一體之兩翼、驅(qū)動之雙輪。隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)的興起、發(fā)展和成熟,國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)猶如劃破長空的閃電,仿佛在轉(zhuǎn)瞬之間就犀利地打破了人類社會傳統(tǒng)的時空觀念�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)的興起,人類社會發(fā)展進(jìn)入了嶄新時代。本文重點(diǎn)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)的形成與概念,網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)的"十性"特征,網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行初步探析,以期對相關(guān)問題的補(bǔ)充和完善提供一點(diǎn)有價值的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping pointed out that network security and information is one of the two wings, driving the two wheels. With the rise, development and maturity of digital technology, the Internet is like lightning in the sky, as if in a flash of sharp break with the traditional concept of time and space of human society. With the development of Internet information technology and the rise of network ideology, human society has entered a new era. This paper focuses on the formation and concept of network ideology, the characteristics of network ideology, the security construction of network ideology and so on, in order to provide some valuable reference for the supplement and perfection of related problems.
