【摘要】：隨著中國城市化進(jìn)程的飛速發(fā)展,少數(shù)民族流動(dòng)人口的規(guī)模呈逐年增長之勢,而與此同時(shí),一系列的社會(huì)信任問題也接踵而來。社會(huì)信任的缺乏可能造成不同民族群眾間的沖突從而增加社會(huì)距離,不利于少數(shù)民族流動(dòng)人口的城市融入�；谠谖錆h、成都、上海和深圳開展的問卷及訪談?wù){(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):少數(shù)民族流動(dòng)人口對生活、工作的滿意度及自我歸屬感都與社會(huì)信任密切相關(guān)�；诖�,提出通過擴(kuò)大信任對象范圍、改變固有信任原則、優(yōu)化信任維護(hù)機(jī)制等路徑來轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)信任模式;通過構(gòu)建社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)機(jī)制、完善制度保障基礎(chǔ)、增強(qiáng)人力資本水平等來提升現(xiàn)代信任水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the scale of minority floating population is increasing year by year, at the same time, a series of social trust problems follow. The lack of social trust may lead to conflicts among different ethnic groups, thus increasing the social distance, which is not conducive to the urban integration of minority floating population. Based on questionnaires and interviews conducted in Wuhan, Chengdu, Shanghai and Shenzhen, it is found that the satisfaction of minority floating population to life, job satisfaction and self-belonging are closely related to social trust. Based on this, this paper proposes to change the traditional trust model by expanding the scope of the trust object, changing the inherent trust principle, optimizing the trust maintenance mechanism, and perfecting the system guarantee foundation through the construction of the social solidarity mechanism. Enhance the level of human capital to enhance the level of modern trust.
