【摘要】：正開展對外逃經(jīng)濟犯罪嫌疑人的國際追逃追贓,是一項專業(yè)性、技術(shù)性非常強的工作,往往需要采取多種方式和手段才能達到目的。目前,我國境外追逃追贓最主要的方式是引渡,此外還有非法移民遣返、異地追訴和勸返這三種替代手段。從近年來的境外追逃追贓實踐來看,較之引渡、非法移民遣返、異地追訴等方式處理時間長、手續(xù)繁瑣、限制條件多等問題,勸返方式更具靈活性和高效率,并已在境外追逃實務(wù)中得到充分的實踐檢驗,追逃成功
[Abstract]:It is a professional and highly technical work to pursue the suspects of the economic crime of fleeing abroad in the international pursuit of stolen goods, and it is often necessary to adopt various ways and means to achieve the goal. At present, extradition is the most important way to pursue stolen goods outside China. In addition, there are three alternative methods: illegal immigration repatriation, foreign prosecution and persuasion. Judging from the overseas pursuit and pursuit of stolen goods in recent years, compared with extradition, repatriation of illegal immigrants and prosecution in different places, the processing time is longer, the formalities are cumbersome, and there are many restrictions. The way of persuading to return is more flexible and efficient. And has been fully tested in the practice of overseas pursuit and escape, and has successfully pursued and escaped.
