【摘要】：濰坊市作為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的地級(jí)市,其流動(dòng)人口犯罪不僅僅具有全國其他省市流動(dòng)人口犯罪的共性,更具有其自身特點(diǎn)。本文根據(jù)實(shí)地調(diào)研成果,結(jié)合對(duì)掌握的大量一手資料的對(duì)比論證,運(yùn)用實(shí)證和思辨、定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)濰坊市近五年來流動(dòng)人口違法犯罪現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深層次的實(shí)證分析。文中分析論證了濰坊市五年來流動(dòng)人口犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特征及原因,重點(diǎn)就適應(yīng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步發(fā)展的需要,轉(zhuǎn)變工作理念,積極探索新形勢(shì)下流動(dòng)人口管理長效機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)流動(dòng)人口常態(tài)化、人性化管理,以遏制和減少流動(dòng)人口違法犯罪等問題作了探討并提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Weifang, as a prefecture-level city with sustainable development, has not only the common character of floating population crime in other provinces and cities, but also its own characteristics. Combining with the comparison and argumentation of a large amount of first-hand data, using the methods of demonstration and speculation, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, This paper analyzes the current situation of floating population crime in Weifang in the past five years. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the current situation, characteristics and reasons of the crimes committed by the floating population in Weifang in the past five years, with emphasis on adapting to the needs of social progress and development. Changing the working idea, actively exploring the long-effect mechanism of floating population management under the new situation, realizing the regularization of floating population and humanized management, in order to curb and reduce the floating population's illegal crime and other problems, this paper discusses and puts forward its own viewpoint.
