【摘要】：隨著全球化時(shí)代的到來,跨國(guó)犯罪問題對(duì)國(guó)際社會(huì)的影響越來越大,嚴(yán)重威脅到當(dāng)前國(guó)際社會(huì)和平與發(fā)展兩大主題,已經(jīng)成為全球性的問題。對(duì)于中國(guó)來說,跨國(guó)犯罪問題不僅危害到中國(guó)目前較為穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)局勢(shì)和正處于高速增長(zhǎng)期的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì),還危害到中國(guó)的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整,應(yīng)引起重視。本文首先對(duì)跨國(guó)犯罪的概念、特點(diǎn)、分類和成因及影響進(jìn)行界定、分析,并闡述了對(duì)跨國(guó)犯罪研究的基本理論；其次,從幾種主要的跨國(guó)犯罪問題入手分析跨國(guó)犯罪對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)家安全的影響；最后,通過分析中國(guó)解決跨國(guó)犯罪問題的有利和不利因素、國(guó)際上防治跨國(guó)犯罪問題的模式及其啟示,提出中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)跨國(guó)犯罪問題的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the era of globalization, the transnational crime problem has become a global problem, which has become more and more important to the international community, seriously threatening the two major themes of peace and development of the international community. The problem of transnational crime not only endangers China's stable social situation and social economy in the period of rapid growth, but also endangers China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. It defines, analyzes and expounds the basic theory of transnational crime research. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of transnational crime on China's national security from several major transnational crime issues. By analyzing the favorable and unfavorable factors of solving transnational crime in China, the mode and enlightenment of preventing and controlling transnational crime in the world, the countermeasures and suggestions for China to deal with transnational crime are put forward.
