【摘要】：目的:分析新型耳矯治器對(duì)小兒先天性耳廓畸形的矯治療效,以期推廣臨床應(yīng)用。方法:使用新型EarWell耳矯治器對(duì)29例(38耳)先天性耳廓畸形患兒進(jìn)行矯治,定期隨訪,密切觀察。矯治前后對(duì)比照片由耳科、整形科醫(yī)生及患兒家屬共同評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)改善程度分為優(yōu)、良、差。結(jié)果:29例(38耳)先天性耳廓畸形中,招風(fēng)耳2例,杯狀耳7例,垂耳4例,Stahl's耳4例,耳輪畸形4例,conchal crus畸形3例,混合性畸形4例,隱耳5例,結(jié)構(gòu)畸形5例。其中2例患者(2耳)因依從性差于佩戴第3天放棄治療,其余36例接受矯治耳均有不同程度改善,EarWell矯治器治療成功率為94%(結(jié)果為優(yōu)或良)。結(jié)論:采用EarWell耳矯治器治療耳廓形態(tài)畸形療效顯著,早期即可取得滿意效果。Earwell對(duì)新生兒耳廓形態(tài)畸形及輕度結(jié)構(gòu)畸形的矯治成功率高,療效取決于耳畸形嚴(yán)重程度以及開始矯治時(shí)間。無創(chuàng)矯治開始越早(出生后1周內(nèi)),效果越好,矯治器佩戴時(shí)間越短。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of new ear appliance on congenital auricle malformation in children. Methods: 29 cases (38 ears) of congenital auricle malformation were treated with new EarWell ear appliance. The comparative photos before and after treatment were evaluated by ear department, orthopedics doctor and family members of the child. According to the degree of improvement, they were classified as excellent, good and poor. Results among 29 cases (38 ears) of congenital auricle malformation, there were 2 cases of auricular malformation, 7 cases of goblet ear, 4 cases of vertical ear, 4 cases of conchal crus, 4 cases of mixed malformation, 5 cases of saphenous ear and 5 cases of structural malformation. Two patients (2 ears) gave up the treatment because of poor compliance on the 3rd day. The success rate of earwell appliance was 94% (excellent or good) in the other 36 cases. Conclusion: EarWell ear appliance is effective in the treatment of auricle shape malformation, and satisfactory results can be obtained at the early stage. The success rate of earwell in the treatment of neonatal auricle shape malformation and mild structural malformation is high. The efficacy depends on the severity of the deformity and the time when treatment is initiated. The earlier noninvasive orthodontics (within 1 week of birth), the better the effect, the shorter the appliance wear time.
