【摘要】：本文調(diào)查分析2012—2016年度國(guó)家自然基金申請(qǐng)與不予受理項(xiàng)目情況及2014年度不予受理項(xiàng)目的原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)"人員超項(xiàng)""不屬于本學(xué)科資助范疇""依托單位問(wèn)題""申請(qǐng)人或參與人問(wèn)題"及"附件問(wèn)題"等問(wèn)題是導(dǎo)致申請(qǐng)書不予受理的重要原因。建議依托單位通過(guò)加強(qiáng)形式審查力度、完善形式審查流程等途徑提高申請(qǐng)書的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the application and inadmissibility of the National Fund for Nature in 2012-2016 and the reasons for the inadmissibility of the project in 2014. It is found that "personnel excess item" "does not belong to the financial aid category of this discipline", "relying on unit problem", "applicant or participant problem" and "annex problem" are the important reasons leading to the inadmissibility of the application. It is suggested that relying units improve the quality of applications by strengthening the formal examination and perfecting the formal review process.
