摘要：

通過對關(guān)中城市群城鎮(zhèn)化存在問題的研究，指出關(guān)中城市群的新型城鎮(zhèn)化推進路徑應(yīng)以產(chǎn)業(yè)化推動的縣域城鎮(zhèn)化為主，主要載體為小城市（含縣城）和城鎮(zhèn)。以咸陽市新型城鎮(zhèn)化為例，提出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃策略，以期對我國西北地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化實踐起到一定的借鑒意義。

Abstract： 

The development of new urbanization in Guanzhong cities is very important for “building great Xi’an, driving great Guanzhong and leading great northwest”. Based on the problems existing in the urbanization of Guanzhong area, the study points out that the path of promoting new urbanization in Guanzhong cities should focus on the county urbanization promoted by industrialization, in which its main carriers are smal cities (including counties) and smal towns. Also the appropriate planning strategies are proposed based on a case of new urbanization of Xianyang city, aiming at providing some references for practice of the new urbanization in northwest area.
