【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代城市犯罪預(yù)防對策中 ,“防衛(wèi)空間”思想及實(shí)踐是其一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容�！胺佬l(wèi)空間”思想又稱為環(huán)境預(yù)防理論 ,是指通過改變和保護(hù)環(huán)境 ,消除便于犯罪的條件 ,預(yù)防犯罪發(fā)生的一種理論。該理論提出 ,有必要通過環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì) ,制造一種“防衛(wèi)空間” ,即在城市規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、舊城改造、社區(qū)氛圍的營造等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)造成不利于犯罪、誘發(fā)犯罪行為的機(jī)會(huì) ,預(yù)防犯罪的發(fā)生。引入“防衛(wèi)空間”理念治理和預(yù)防城市犯罪 ,應(yīng)從硬件和軟件兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和考慮。城市犯罪預(yù)防的硬件建設(shè)是在城市規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)的過程中將犯罪預(yù)防作為一項(xiàng)重要的功能和指標(biāo) ,貫穿始終 ,讓城市建筑、居民住宅具有抑制和預(yù)防犯罪的功能。其軟件建設(shè)是指制定和
[Abstract]:In the modern city crime prevention countermeasure, the defense space thought and the practice is one important content. The idea of "defensive space", also called environmental prevention theory, refers to the theory of preventing crime by changing and protecting the environment and eliminating the conditions that are convenient for crime. The theory suggests that it is necessary to create a kind of "defensive space" through environmental design, that is, in urban planning, architectural design, old city renovation, community atmosphere building and so on, which is not conducive to crime. Induces the opportunity of crime and prevents the occurrence of crime. Introducing the concept of "defensive space" and preventing urban crime should be designed and considered from two aspects: hardware and software.
