競(jìng)技體育己成為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)物質(zhì)和精神生活的重要組成部分。它以其獨(dú)有的娛樂(lè)性、技巧性、觀賞性、公平性、功利性和教育性吸引著全人類的目光。競(jìng)技體育作為人類參與的社會(huì)活動(dòng),在其產(chǎn)生就與倫理密切相關(guān),蘊(yùn)含著特有的倫理精神。競(jìng)技體育倫理是體育工作者及競(jìng)技體育活動(dòng)參與者在從事體育競(jìng)賽、體育管理和活動(dòng)時(shí)所應(yīng)遵循的行為規(guī)范和道德準(zhǔn)則。它是體育倫理意識(shí)、體育倫理關(guān)系和體育倫理活動(dòng)的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,它為競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展提供價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,在增進(jìn)參與者身心健康,激發(fā)人類創(chuàng)造潛能,培育集體意識(shí),弘揚(yáng)民族精神,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化道德法律環(huán)境,美化生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)世界和平等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。而現(xiàn)代奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)作為競(jìng)技體育最高的表現(xiàn)形式,倫理精神更加明顯,奧林匹克“更高、更快、更強(qiáng)”和“重在參與”的口號(hào)實(shí)際上就是在運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)上完美的倫理詮釋。 在新的歷史條件下,中國(guó)體育事業(yè)正迅猛的發(fā)展。然而,由于國(guó)內(nèi)外各方面因素的影響,體育領(lǐng)域也衍生了一系列不道德的現(xiàn)象,并且有不斷地蔓延擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì),使得當(dāng)代中國(guó)體育倫理面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。全球化的浪潮所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、政治利益及蘊(yùn)涵在其背后的價(jià)值觀的矛盾和沖突,體育市場(chǎng)化、職業(yè)化所帶來(lái)的“黑哨”,“假球”等不公正的裁決和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為,“興奮劑使用”以及科技發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的等違背體育倫理精神的問(wèn)題,觀眾在比賽進(jìn)行中由于個(gè)人的喜好所表現(xiàn)出的一些不道德行為,所有這些都是當(dāng)代競(jìng)技體育倫理所面臨的難題。在這種情況下,適應(yīng)體育發(fā)展的客觀需要,立足于當(dāng)今我國(guó)體育的現(xiàn)實(shí),遵循批判繼承和超越創(chuàng)新的原則,建構(gòu)當(dāng)代中國(guó)體育倫理己成為體育界與學(xué)術(shù)界不得不面對(duì)的事情。 體育倫理建構(gòu)的原則主要有,在保證社會(huì)公益和公正尺度前提下的競(jìng)賽公平公正原則,要求“一視同仁”;尊重他人的人格、尊嚴(yán)、勞動(dòng)成果的原則,要求以人的視角看人,并且使人成為人,這是倫理學(xué)的本質(zhì)要求;強(qiáng)調(diào)人本身自我發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)的社會(huì)人道原則;在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下一愛(ài)國(guó)主義和集體主義為基礎(chǔ)的奉獻(xiàn)原則,要求競(jìng)技體育主體一定要承擔(dān)起自己的責(zé)任和義務(wù),并在個(gè)人利益與集體、國(guó)家利益有沖突的時(shí)候勇于放棄自己的利益;注重“天人合一”,人對(duì)自然進(jìn)化負(fù)責(zé)的環(huán)保原則,要求在體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,走綠色體育的道路,正確的處理好人與自然的關(guān)系。 建構(gòu)當(dāng)代體育倫理可以通過(guò)中西傳統(tǒng)體育倫理資源的有效整合,繼承優(yōu)秀的體育文化,并在現(xiàn)實(shí)中發(fā)揮其作用;通過(guò)社會(huì)輿論、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣等建立完善的競(jìng)技體育道德評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,在競(jìng)技體育主體的內(nèi)心建立起“道德法庭”實(shí)現(xiàn)道德自律;通過(guò)對(duì)社會(huì)道德的認(rèn)知教育和對(duì)行為主體進(jìn)行職業(yè)道德和個(gè)體教育,深化競(jìng)技體育參與者的道德情操;由于道德和法律的聯(lián)系,競(jìng)技體育倫理的構(gòu)建還可以通過(guò)德治與法治相結(jié)合的手段進(jìn)行,通過(guò)道德的調(diào)節(jié)和法律的強(qiáng)制來(lái)解決存在的問(wèn)題和防止問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)。 適逢2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)在我國(guó)舉行,借此機(jī)會(huì),利用一切條件整合倫理文化資源,解決現(xiàn)有的問(wèn)題。在闡明競(jìng)技體育及其新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示競(jìng)技體育倫理價(jià)值的內(nèi)涵,解讀競(jìng)技體育的倫理價(jià)值意蘊(yùn),闡揚(yáng)競(jìng)技體育倫理,從而使其在人的全面發(fā)展和構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮更大的積極作用。
From the day of birth, athletics has gained its own unique ethical spirit, and it always keeps this spirit from the past till now. Today, athletics has become an important part of the modern social materialistic and spiritual life. Its unique entertainment, skill, aesthetic, fairness, utilitarian and educational attract the attention of all mankind. It has unique values for individual, group and environment. It is organic unity of sports ethics, sports ethics and the ethics of sports. It has played an important role in promoting physical and mental health of its participants, stimulating human potential to create and promote world peace, safeguarding social stability and promoting national spirit cultivating a collective consciousness, promoting economic development, optimizing the legal, moral environment, and the ecological environment. As the highest form of athletics, the ethical values of the modern Olympic Games is increasingly clear, the Olympic slogan of "higher, faster and stronger" and "participatory" has been a perfect interpretation in the sports arena. Under the new historical conditions, China"s sports industry gained rapid development in the transitional period. However, due to various factors at home and abroad, a series of immoral phenomenal have appeared in this fields, and the trend has continued to spread, putting sports ethics in contemporary China under severe challenges. The economic interests brought about by the wave of globalization, political interests and values reflected in the underlying contradictions and conflicts, the "Black Whistle," "two games" unjust rulings and competition, brought by the development of modern science and technology, "the use of stimulants,“brought by sports mercerization and profession realization is contrary to the spirit of sports ethics. Competition for viewers in China because of individual preferences shown by the non-ethical behavior. All this forced the construction of contemporary Chinese sports ethics an urgent task. Under such circumstances, meeting the objective needs of sports development, based on the reality of today"s sports, following the principle of criticism, inheritance, beyond and innovation, the construction of Contemporary Chinese Sports Ethics has become the focus of both the sports sector and the academia. The principles of the construction of Sports Ethics include the principle of just competition under the precondition of fair competition principle, with the requirement of "equality"; the principle of respecting human dignity, the results of their labor, with the requirement of treating a person as a person and making a man a man which is the essence of ethics; stressing the principle of people"s self-development and religion of the social and humanitarianisms; The principle of devotion which is based on patriotism and collectiveness under conditions of the socialist market economy. This requires the athletes must assume their responsibilities and obligations, and have the courage to abandon their own interests when the conflict of interest occurred among individual, collective and national interests; the environmental principle of focusing on the "unity of man and nature”, and man"s responsibility for natural evolution in the course of the development of the sports industry. It requested taking the road of green sports and correctly handles the relationship between man and nature. Ways of Constructing contemporary Sports Ethics are as follows: making effective integration of the Ethics resources of Western and Chinese traditional sports and inherit them critically; establishing Sports Ethics evaluation mechanism through social public opinion and customs, establishing a "moral court”in the hearts of the athletes to realize best moral discipline; deepening moral sentiment of the individual participants through sports education; because of the moral and legal ties, the construction of economic Sports ethics can be undertaken through a combination of ethics and the rule of law means. Regulate the legal issues and the philosophical judgment through moral regulation and enforcement to prevent the problem from occurring. The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing in 2008. We should take use of this chance to integrate existing resources and conditions. Fully grasp the fine traditional sportsmanship and analyses the existing problems. On the basis of illustrating athletics and its new development trend, the paper reveals the ethical values of sports content in order to understand the implications of ethical values. Through reviewing the loss and return of athletics ethical values. This paper put forward ways of Constructing sports ethics, thus making it play a more active role in the process of the comprehensive development of man and construction of a harmonious society.
