【摘要】：高靈敏的由檸檬酸鈉穩(wěn)定的金納米粒子通過共振瑞利散射法(RRS)和比色法測定普萘洛爾。利用檸檬酸鈉作為還原劑,成功合成了表面帶負電的金納米粒子。在pH 4.6的BR緩沖溶液中,普萘洛爾由于質(zhì)子化帶正電,因此金納米粒子與普萘洛爾可以通過靜電作用結(jié)合,從而使金納米粒子聚集,導(dǎo)致體系的RRS信號增強,并且伴隨溶液的顏色由酒紅色變成紫色。一種高靈敏的RRS和比色法因此建立起來用于測定普萘洛爾,兩種方法對應(yīng)的線性范圍分別為0.2 5.2和0.4 4.4μg·mL-1。但是將該方法用于其他洛爾類藥物(比索洛爾、阿替洛爾、美托洛爾和阿羅洛爾)的測定,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些洛爾類藥物對檸檬酸鈉修飾的金納米粒子探針沒有如普萘洛爾般的響應(yīng),因此可以用此法識別洛爾類藥物混合物中的普萘洛爾。
[Abstract]:A highly sensitive gold nanoparticles stabilized by sodium citrate were used to determine propranolol by resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) and colorimetry. Gold nanoparticles with negative charge on the surface were successfully synthesized by using sodium citrate as reducing agent. In the BR buffer solution of pH 4.6, propranolol can bind gold nanoparticles to propranolol by electrostatic interaction because of the positive charge of propranolol band, which leads to the aggregation of gold nanoparticles and the enhancement of RRS signal of the system. And with the color of the solution from wine red to purple. A highly sensitive RRS and colorimetric method was established for the determination of propranolol. The linear ranges of the two methods are 0.2 渭 g mL-1. and 0.4 渭 g mL-1., respectively. However, the method was applied to the determination of other propranolol drugs (Bisoprolol, atenolol, metoprolol and arrolol) and found that these drugs did not respond as propranolol to sodium citrate modified gold nanoparticles probes. Therefore, this method can be used to identify propranolol in prolol drug mixtures.
