家用豆?jié){機制漿流場分析及腔內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:家用豆?jié){機是一種能夠制作出多種飲品的廚房家電,如豆?jié){、米糊、果汁等,其多樣化的功能,迎合了不同人的需求而受到青睞。目前,家用豆?jié){機在廚房家電中已占有很大的比例。 家用豆?jié){機的制漿性能與刀片形狀、腔體結(jié)構(gòu)、電機轉(zhuǎn)速等因素有關(guān),因此,很多技術(shù)研發(fā)者圍繞這些因素對豆?jié){機粉碎腔內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)進行了改進,但仍然不夠完善。計算機技術(shù)的不斷升級更新,使得CFD方法在攪拌器流場中的研究逐漸趨于成熟,一些學(xué)者開始將攪拌器研究的理論應(yīng)用到家用豆?jié){機流場的研究中。相對于傳統(tǒng)的實驗方法而言,數(shù)值模擬方法耗費小、周期短,而且具有很好的適用性,可為家用豆?jié){機制漿腔體內(nèi)相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)的參數(shù)優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。 本文利用Solidworks軟件建立了豆?jié){機的三維簡化模型,基于多重參考系方法建立轉(zhuǎn)動流場的控制方程,選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε湍流模型實現(xiàn)方程式閉合求解,根據(jù)實際工況確立模型的初始條件,對流場進行模擬仿真,從而獲得腔內(nèi)流體的運動規(guī)律。 針對不同刀片、凸筋結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)設(shè)計正交實驗及單因素實驗,選擇能夠反映流場湍動特性的指標(biāo),利用FLUENT軟件進行了仿真分析,得出最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)組合方案。通過研究電機轉(zhuǎn)速對流場的影響,對不同轉(zhuǎn)速下流場的速度、湍動能分析發(fā)現(xiàn),電機轉(zhuǎn)速增大使流場中各參數(shù)也相應(yīng)的增大,但考慮轉(zhuǎn)速的增大對刀片的強度、耐久度、電機功率及噪聲等因素的影響,需要綜合考慮確定較合適的轉(zhuǎn)速。 選取一款塑料杯體的家用豆?jié){機進行了制漿實驗,,比較不同刀片、凸筋結(jié)構(gòu)下豆?jié){粒徑分布情況,從而驗證了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的可靠性,數(shù)值模擬方法可為企業(yè)技術(shù)改進提供一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The household soybean milk machine is a kitchen appliance that can produce many kinds of drinks, such as soy milk, rice paste, juice, etc. The household soybean milk machine already occupies the very big proportion in the kitchen appliance. The pulping performance of the domestic soybean milk machine is related to the shape of the blade, the structure of the cavity, the speed of the motor, and so on. Therefore, many technical researchers have improved the structure of the grinding cavity of the soybean milk machine around these factors. But it is still not perfect. With the upgrading and updating of computer technology, the research of CFD method in agitator flow field is becoming more and more mature. Some scholars began to apply the theory of agitator research to the study of the flow field of domestic soybean milk machine. Compared with the traditional experimental method, the numerical simulation method has the advantages of less cost, shorter period and better applicability. It can provide the basis for optimizing the parameters of the relative structure in the cavity of the soya bean milk machine. In this paper, the three-dimensional simplified model of soybean milk machine is established by using Solidworks software, and the governing equation of rotational flow field is established based on multi-reference system method. The standard k- 蔚 turbulence model is used to solve the equation closed. According to the initial conditions of the model, the flow field is simulated and the motion law of the fluid in the cavity is obtained. The orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment are designed for different blade and rib structure parameters. The index which can reflect the turbulent characteristics of the flow field is selected, and the simulation analysis is carried out by using FLUENT software. By studying the effect of motor speed on the flow field, the velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of the flow field at different speeds are analyzed. It is found that the increase of motor speed makes the parameters of the flow field increase correspondingly. However, considering the influence of the increase of rotational speed on the strength, durability, motor power and noise of the blade, it is necessary to consider synthetically the more appropriate speed. A domestic soybean milk machine with plastic cup was selected to carry out the pulping experiment. The particle size distribution of soybean milk under different blade and convex rib structure was compared, and the reliability of the numerical simulation results was verified. Numerical simulation method can provide some guidance for enterprise technology improvement.
