偏壓小凈距隧道施工及其穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:小凈距隧道是介于連拱隧道和分離隧道的一種隧道結(jié)構(gòu)形式,這種隧道形式能夠充分發(fā)揮圍巖的力學(xué)性能,降低造價,簡化工序,增加隧道整體穩(wěn)定性。然而由于地形、地質(zhì)和線形等條件的限制,橋、隧直接相連的情況會經(jīng)常遇到,同時會伴隨著隧道與邊坡斜交的偏壓問題。因此,對于小凈距偏壓隧道的設(shè)計與施工研究逐漸成為工程界關(guān)注的難點和熱點問題。本文首先分析了偏壓小凈距隧道的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究成果,以麻竹高速公路香山隧道工程為依托,針對淺埋偏壓小凈距隧道設(shè)計與施工中的關(guān)鍵問題,采用理論分析、現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測與有限元數(shù)值模擬分析相結(jié)合的方法,進行了研究和探討,得到的主要研究成果為:1.對淺埋偏壓條件下的小凈距隧道圍巖壓力進行分析,獲得了偏壓小凈距隧道的受力特征以及隧道的破壞形式。2.針對香山隧道開挖過程及爆破過程的實際工況進行了數(shù)值模擬,獲得了左右洞開挖順序以及爆破振動對圍巖應(yīng)力及位移的影響,尤其是對中隔墻穩(wěn)定性的影響,然后根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,對中隔墻等危險薄弱部位采取了適當(dāng)?shù)募庸檀胧?.通過對香山隧道施工現(xiàn)場進行監(jiān)控量測,得到了香山隧道拱頂沉降、水平收斂以及圍巖壓力的變化規(guī)律。同時將施工現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測結(jié)果和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進行了對比分析。4.基于現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控量測數(shù)據(jù),建立灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組合預(yù)測模型,對隧道位移進行預(yù)測,將預(yù)測結(jié)果同現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測結(jié)果進行對比分析,分析表明灰色神經(jīng)組合預(yù)測模型具有較高的預(yù)測精度,適用性較強。
[Abstract]:The small clear distance tunnel is a kind of tunnel structure between multi-arch tunnel and separated tunnel. This kind of tunnel form can give full play to the mechanical properties of surrounding rock reduce the cost simplify the working procedure and increase the overall stability of the tunnel. However, due to the constraints of topography, geology and alignment, the direct connection of bridges and tunnels is often encountered, which is accompanied by the skew pressure between the tunnel and the slope. Therefore, the research on the design and construction of small offset bias tunnel has gradually become a difficult and hot issue in the engineering field. In this paper, the current situation of the research on the small offset tunnel is first analyzed, and then, based on the existing research results, the key problems in the design and construction of the shallow bias voltage small clear distance tunnel based on the Xiangshan Tunnel of the Maazhu Expressway are discussed. The theoretical analysis, field monitoring and finite element numerical simulation are used to study and discuss. The main results are as follows: 1. In this paper, the surrounding rock pressure of the tunnel with small net distance under the condition of shallow buried bias is analyzed, and the stress characteristics of the tunnel and the failure mode of the tunnel are obtained. 2. Based on the numerical simulation of the excavation process and blasting process of Xiangshan tunnel, the effects of excavation sequence and blasting vibration on the stress and displacement of surrounding rock, especially on the stability of the middle partition wall, are obtained. Then, according to the simulation results, appropriate reinforcement measures are taken for the dangerous weak parts such as the middle partition wall. By monitoring and measuring the construction site of Xiangshan Tunnel, the rules of settlement, horizontal convergence and pressure of surrounding rock of Xiangshan Tunnel are obtained. At the same time, the construction site monitoring results and numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed. 4. Based on the field monitoring data, a grey neural network combined forecasting model is established to predict the tunnel displacement. The prediction results are compared with the field monitoring results. The analysis shows that the grey neural combination prediction model has higher prediction accuracy and better applicability.
