【摘要】：市場自由競爭條件下,我國規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)量已超36萬,雖然規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)量只占全國工業(yè)企業(yè)總數(shù)的25%,但其產(chǎn)值在全國工業(yè)企業(yè)總產(chǎn)值中所占比重超過85%,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中具有重要作用。自2002年國家檔案局頒發(fā)《企業(yè)檔案管理規(guī)定》后,規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)的檔案工作逐漸規(guī)范化,調(diào)查顯示,建立檔案部門并配有管理人員的規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)超75%�？萍紮n案作為規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)檔案的主體部分,在企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,企業(yè)在享受合理利用科技檔案創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),還須承擔(dān)一定的科技檔案管理與利用成本。對(duì)于追求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益最大化的規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)來講,管理與利用科技檔案的成本和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益間的比例關(guān)系是否合理成為其決定利用科技檔案與否的重要參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,本文從投入成本----產(chǎn)出收益角度分析規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有積極意義。本文在充分研究規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案及其利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相關(guān)知識(shí)和支撐理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,詳細(xì)分析其利用特點(diǎn),闡述其利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的表現(xiàn)及特征;提出規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及評(píng)價(jià)方法,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定量和定性分析,使科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益更直觀和準(zhǔn)確;在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中所涉及的管理和利用兩方面,指出了提高規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的有效途徑。論文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié):第一章緒論闡述了選題的背景和目的,回顧國內(nèi)外對(duì)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益這一課題的研究歷程,梳理其主要理論觀點(diǎn)和研究成果;第二章介紹了規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案及其特點(diǎn),從規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用的實(shí)際出發(fā),總結(jié)科技檔案利用方式和特點(diǎn);第三章論述了規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及其特征,深入剖析了規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的內(nèi)涵、表現(xiàn)和特征;第四章探討了規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和計(jì)算方法,并進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析;第五章指出了有效提高規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)科技檔案利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的途徑。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of free market competition, the number of industrial enterprises above the scale of our country has exceeded 360000. Although the number of industrial enterprises above the scale only accounts for 25% of the total number of industrial enterprises in China, its output value accounts for more than 85% of the total output value of national industrial enterprises, which plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Since the National Archives Administration issued the "regulations on Enterprise Archives Management" in 2002, the archival work of industrial enterprises above the scale of scale has been gradually standardized. As the main part of the archives of industrial enterprises above the scale of scale, scientific and technological archives play an increasingly important role in the survival and development of enterprises. While enterprises enjoy the rational use of scientific and technological archives to create economic benefits, Also must bear certain science and technology archives management and the utilization cost. For industrial enterprises with the largest economic benefits, whether the proportional relationship between the cost and economic benefits of management and utilization of scientific and technological archives is reasonable or not is an important reference standard to determine the utilization of scientific and technological archives. Therefore, it is of positive significance to analyze the economic benefits of scientific and technological archives utilization of industrial enterprises above the scale from the angle of input cost and output income. Based on the full study of the relevant knowledge and supporting theory of the scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above the scale and the utilization of economic benefits, combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the utilization of the archives, and expounds the performance and characteristics of the utilization of economic benefits. This paper puts forward the evaluation indexes and methods of the economic benefits of the utilization of scientific and technological archives in industrial enterprises above the scale, and makes quantitative and qualitative analysis of the evaluation indexes, which makes the utilization of the economic benefits of the scientific and technological archives more intuitive and accurate. According to the two aspects of management and utilization involved in the evaluation index of the economic benefit of the utilization of scientific and technological archives, this paper points out the effective ways to improve the economic benefits of the utilization of the scientific and technological archives in industrial enterprises above the scale. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the background and purpose of the topic, reviews the domestic and foreign research on the economic benefits of the use of scientific and technological archives, combing its main theoretical views and research results; The second chapter introduces the scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above scale and their characteristics, and sums up the utilization mode and characteristics of scientific and technological archives from the reality of the utilization of scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above scale. The third chapter discusses the economic benefits and characteristics of the utilization of the scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above scale, and deeply analyzes the connotation, performance and characteristics of the utilization of the economic benefits of the scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above the scale. The fourth chapter discusses the evaluation index and calculation method of the economic benefit of the utilization of the scientific and technological archives of industrial enterprises above scale, and analyzes the examples, and the fifth chapter points out the ways to effectively improve the economic benefits of the utilization of the scientific and technological archives of the industrial enterprises above the scale.
