【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中港口特別是大型樞紐港的地位越來(lái)越突出,當(dāng)前港口企業(yè)已成為整體交通運(yùn)輸與倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送物流鏈中重要的一環(huán),同時(shí)已完全融入到物流大鏈條當(dāng)中。天津港作為京津冀地區(qū)規(guī)模最大、功能最完善的現(xiàn)代化深水港口,在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)外開(kāi)放中起到重要作用,對(duì)外龍頭帶動(dòng)作用明顯,作為物流鏈中重要的助推器與連接器,天津港是京津冀地區(qū)乃至華北地區(qū)重要的陸運(yùn)和水運(yùn)中轉(zhuǎn)樞紐港。港口業(yè)務(wù)涉及廣泛,包括:碼頭裝卸、貨物存儲(chǔ)、船舶運(yùn)輸代理、物流金融等功能,只有在高科技技術(shù)支持下,才能成為符合市場(chǎng)要求的現(xiàn)代物流體系。通過(guò)對(duì)天津港散貨物流公司信息管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外同行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)實(shí)例,從生產(chǎn)需求、功能需求、軟件設(shè)計(jì)、硬件設(shè)計(jì)等幾個(gè)方面著手,對(duì)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)主要分為三大模塊,分別為:車(chē)輛管理模塊、車(chē)輛自動(dòng)衡重模塊、信息管理模塊分別進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)、LED技術(shù),完成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)基于RFID技術(shù)的散雜貨智能化管理,不斷提高作業(yè)效率與質(zhì)量。目前,天津港散貨物流散雜貨作業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)已初步完成系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),并開(kāi)始上線(xiàn)運(yùn)行,同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題還需進(jìn)一步完善。各部分系統(tǒng)處于初期使用當(dāng)中,效果良好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the society and economy, the status of the port, especially the large hub port, is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the port enterprise has become an important link in the whole transportation, warehousing and distribution logistics chain. Tianjin Port, as the largest and most well-functioning modern deep-water port in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, plays an important role in the opening up of the regional economy. As an important booster and connector in the logistics chain, Tianjin Port is an important transit port for land and water transportation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and even in North China. The port business involves a wide range of business, including terminal loading and unloading, cargo storage, and shipping transportation agent. Only with the support of high-tech technology can logistics finance and other functions become a modern logistics system that meets the requirements of the market. Through the development and construction of the information management system of Tianjin Port bulk cargo Logistics Company, the research object is the development and construction of the information management system of Tianjin Port bulk cargo Logistics Company. Based on the examples of information construction in the same industry at home and abroad, the system development and design are explained from the aspects of production demand, function demand, software design, hardware design, etc. The whole system is divided into three modules. They are: vehicle management module, vehicle automatic weighing module, information management module, respectively. At the same time, combining with the current advanced video surveillance technology, LED technology, the system design is completed. Finally, the intelligent management of bulk groceries based on RFID technology is realized, and the efficiency and quality of operation are continuously improved. At present, the construction of information management system for bulk cargo logistics bulk cargo operations in Tianjin Port has initially completed the development and design of the system and started to run online. At the same time, the system needs to be further improved in combination with the problems in actual operation. The system is in the initial stage of use, the effect is good, and the expected design goal has been achieved.
