【摘要】：新農(nóng)合是政府對(duì)農(nóng)民就醫(yī)困難的一項(xiàng)解決措施,在其實(shí)施的過程中,農(nóng)民的就醫(yī)行為與認(rèn)知也發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的改變。研究了新農(nóng)合制度下農(nóng)民就醫(yī)行為與認(rèn)知影響因素的構(gòu)成與作用路徑。通過理論研究和實(shí)證調(diào)研,建立理論模型并提出假設(shè)�；�于273份有效問卷,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因子分析,假設(shè)檢驗(yàn),并對(duì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行解釋與分析。最終論證了新農(nóng)合制度下農(nóng)民就醫(yī)行為與認(rèn)知影響因素的模型,同時(shí)總結(jié)新農(nóng)合實(shí)施過程就醫(yī)行為與認(rèn)知的變化。
[Abstract]:The NCMS is a solution to the difficulties of the government in seeking medical treatment. In the process of its implementation, the farmers' behavior and cognition of seeking medical treatment have also changed accordingly. This paper studies the composition and action path of farmers' medical behavior and cognition under the new agricultural cooperation system. Through theoretical research and empirical investigation, the theoretical model and hypothesis are established. Based on 273 valid questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis, hypothesis test, and interpretation and analysis of test results are carried out by using structural equation model. Finally, the paper demonstrates the model of farmers' medical behavior and cognitive factors under the new agricultural cooperation system, and summarizes the changes of medical care behavior and cognition during the implementation process of the new rural cooperative cooperation.
