【摘要】：隨著社會生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,一種根源于工程師群體的創(chuàng)客文化逐漸在全球流行開來,同時也催生了創(chuàng)客教育。創(chuàng)客文化的核心是創(chuàng)意設(shè)計、用心實踐和快樂分享,創(chuàng)客教育的最終目標就是要將學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成能夠享受創(chuàng)客文化的人。從創(chuàng)客文化的本質(zhì)出發(fā),依據(jù)由淺入深的理解過程,可將創(chuàng)客教育的培養(yǎng)目標分成培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新實踐能力、激發(fā)協(xié)同分享意愿和塑造健康人格三個遞進階段。第一階段創(chuàng)客教育的重點是以各類數(shù)字化創(chuàng)作工作的學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用為主要內(nèi)容,達成學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實踐能力培養(yǎng)的目標,目標是創(chuàng)新實踐能力的提升;第二階段創(chuàng)客教育的重點是技術(shù)支持下的學(xué)生協(xié)同分享意愿的激發(fā)和完成,目標是協(xié)同分享意愿的激發(fā);第三階段創(chuàng)客教育的重點是學(xué)生享受創(chuàng)新與分享的快樂在內(nèi)心的養(yǎng)成,目標是健康人格的塑造。不同的學(xué)校在實施創(chuàng)客教育的過程中,可以根據(jù)學(xué)情特點選擇循序漸進或跨越式前進,最終實現(xiàn)學(xué)生健康人格培養(yǎng)的目標。
[Abstract]:With the development of social productivity, a kind of creative culture rooted in engineer group is becoming popular all over the world, and it also accelerates the creation of guest education. The core of creative culture is creative design, careful practice and happy sharing. The ultimate goal of creative guest education is to cultivate students into people who can enjoy the culture of creation. Starting from the essence of the culture of creation, according to the process of understanding from simple to deep, we can divide the cultivation goal of creative education into three stages: cultivating innovative practical ability, stimulating the willingness to cooperate and sharing and shaping healthy personality. The focus of the first stage of creative education is the study and application of all kinds of digital creative work, to achieve the goal of cultivating students' innovative practical ability, the goal is to improve the innovative practical ability; The focus of the second stage of creative guest education is the stimulation and completion of students' willingness to cooperate and share with the support of technology, the goal is to stimulate the willingness to cooperate and share, and the emphasis of the third stage of creative guest education is to cultivate students' happiness of innovation and sharing in their hearts. The goal is to shape healthy personality. Different schools can choose to advance step by step or by leaps and bounds according to the characteristics of learning situation in the process of carrying out the education of creators, and finally realize the goal of cultivating students' healthy personality.
