30kW動力型分離式熱管設(shè)計與試驗

【摘要】:針對高性能計算機等高熱密度電子集成系統(tǒng)全天候溫控需要,為充分利用室外自然冷源,基于節(jié)能、高可靠性和良好的調(diào)節(jié)特性為目標,進行了蒸氣壓縮/熱管復合型環(huán)控系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),本文重點完成了動力型分離式熱管模塊的設(shè)計和性能實驗,采用屏蔽泵提供循環(huán)動力,并通過調(diào)節(jié)閥控制供液量。當室外環(huán)境溫度與第二工質(zhì)回氣溫度之差≥ΔT時,動力型分離式熱管系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定、可靠,不僅可以避免在壓縮式制冷模式下壓縮機低溫啟動、高能耗和回油潤滑等問題,還可以大幅降低設(shè)備的能耗。 本文主要工作內(nèi)容有:(1)搜集國內(nèi)外熱管技術(shù)方面資料,對分離式熱管技術(shù)的研究與應用現(xiàn)狀有比較全面了解,為動力型分離式熱管的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供依據(jù);(2)為了滿足某高性能計算機高熱密度電子冷卻需求,進行了熱管復合型環(huán)控機組的總體方案設(shè)計,熱力計算和性能分析;(3)進行30kW動力型分離式熱管模塊設(shè)計,其中包括熱力循環(huán)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、換熱器設(shè)計、屏蔽泵設(shè)計選型、儲液器設(shè)計等。(4)設(shè)計熱管復合制冷機組的試驗方案,在標準焓差法實驗室進行了不同環(huán)境溫度和不同熱負載的性能實驗,并根據(jù)實驗數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進行分析,為后期系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化打下基礎(chǔ)。 本文取得的階段性研究成果:(1)蒸氣壓縮/熱管復合型環(huán)控系統(tǒng)方案研發(fā),為機房空調(diào)系統(tǒng)大幅度節(jié)能減排提供了新技術(shù);(2)采用模塊化設(shè)計方案,能夠根據(jù)空調(diào)對象的負荷狀況靈活配置,降低制造成本,便于規(guī);a(chǎn);(3)進行了動力型分離式熱管的試驗,通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明:(a)熱管系統(tǒng)在設(shè)定工況的制冷性能達到設(shè)計指標,驗證了熱管系統(tǒng)參數(shù)匹配的合理性和實用性;(b)熱管模塊的制冷量、COP與室內(nèi)外溫差近似為線性關(guān)系,為復合制冷系統(tǒng)的能量調(diào)節(jié)和自動控制提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù);(c)液泵驅(qū)動的動力型分離式熱管系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定、可靠,化解了重力型分離式熱管的運行穩(wěn)定性問題,簡化了系統(tǒng)的安裝,,利于實施流量調(diào)節(jié)和能量控制。(4)由動力型分離式熱管系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的復合型環(huán)控機組具有顯著的節(jié)能減排優(yōu)勢,特別適用于全天候工作的機房、基站等高熱密度電子集成系統(tǒng)的溫控。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of outdoor natural cold source and based on energy saving, high reliability and good regulating characteristics, the high thermal density electronic integrated system needs all-weather temperature control, such as high performance computer, etc. The research and development of steam compression / heat pipe compound environmental control system has been carried out.
